Pelvic floor pain post DNC

I am at a loss and looking for suggestions. I had a DNC at the end of October due to a nonviable pregnancy. I had typical symptoms following the procedure and laid low for a 7-10 days. About 2 weeks post procedure I started getting burning pain in my upper thighs, lower buttocks and pelvic floor. It’s like a burning/pressure feeling and only happens when moving- moderate walking triggers it and then it’s there for the whole day. I have gone back to my OBGYN who did an exam and found nothing wrong but it is affecting my walking and mobility. Has anyone heard of this or experienced similar? 

I’m getting discouraged that this is not going away and some days I get home and night and can barely move.
