I think this corona virus has been blown out of proportions! Yes, It’s a new virus and people have died, but people die from the flu as well. It’s not stopping me from going to Spain in 2.5 weeks!

@nordicknit @keikilove I either heard or read that if they don't start getting this under control soon that hospitals etc are going to be cancelling procedures. I don't remember exactly what was mentioned but all I could think about was "oh no my transfer! What if it gets cancelled?". I think our state has... Maybe 5 confirmed cases? So I doubt it would be a problem. I think the US has been very good about getting the infected into quarantine to keep it from spreading.

I'm not freaking out about coronavirus too bad yet but if I get KU I am going to want to WFH all the time and avoid all people. And make MH cancel his trip to Vegas next month  

My maybe UO is that I don't have any issue seeing a stick someone has peed on or think it is gross - BUT, with that said, I don't think pregnancy tests are that hard to read or that people on the internet are somehow more capable of reading them than the person peeing on them. So Peggys who post their clearly positive tests can eff right off.

@legallykate I generally don't mind the pee sticks either, but yesterday's was definitely still wet and I just could not get over it for some reason 😕 just bleh

I don't mind the pee sticks but some people get so obsessed over the faintest of lines and it makes it hard. If it's faint test again in a few days. That's not too difficult. It's a TOU violation to post them and people need to respect that.

Mine is that I like to squish peanut butter M&M's between my index finger and thumb before I eat them.

@ashaislurking yeah I'm with you there. If you need other opinions on your test, then the answer probably is that it's negative or it's just barely registering a positive and just test again.

I'm probably in the majority when I say wtf is the point of inverting the image because that has never more clearly shown a line on a test

Mine is that I HATE peanut butter... the taste, the smell, makes me gag

@kpearse99 I used to do that with regular M&Ms. I’d hold them in my hand to get the chocolate a little melty and then squish them.

i don’t mind pee sticks at all. But I hate the “test tweaking” in other groups/apps  (ie, Glow) and all the “OMG I totally see the beginnings of a vvvvvvvvfl” comments on clearly negative tests. But also sometimes I go on Glow just to vote “negative” on some of the pictures these people post 😬

@inthewoods23 inverting the test can actually show the indent line or an evap line more clearly leading to false hope. It kind of makes me sad. I understand how frustrating negative tests can be, but there comes a point when testing like that becomes damaging.

I think it is concerning, but there is a LOT of fearmongering involved. Not to mention some people will be attempting to use it to their political advantage. Amen about the lack of coverage for the flu. This is STILL flu season!

@bserena. I am not the biggest fan on peanut butter, but I like it with chocolate.  Other than that, it is just not my thing.  Had a PB sandwich today, but only because we didn't really have much of anything in the house.  Totally gross though.

@linzrunz. My DH even bought the extra chunky and I only like the smooth.  I am like I didn't even know they made extra chunky.

I love PB but only the smooth kind. I Hate crunchy. I love peanut butter filled pretzels too. Mmm.. @linzrunz I could also eat PB out of the jar with a spoon.

@mindyb2019 crunchy peanut butter IS THE WORST. It was my only option one time when I made a PB&J sandwich and I couldn't even finish it

@inthewoods23 agreed. crunchy PB is the worst. I hate it and my hubby loves it lol yuck We have to buy 2 separate peanut butters for the house.

@kpearse99 are you a long-lost sibling I didn't know I had?!? I eat PB out of the.jar with a spoon, too, although I do prefer smooth to chunky. That's where we differ.
I also prefer the natural PB that you have to stir (maybe that's my UO?). If you let it sit upside down for a day before opening it, it's less messy to stir.

@emeraldduchess We are all triplets!😄 Oddly, I don’t like peanuts but I love to eat PB from the jar. I love it crunchy and the natural kind is my fave. I didn’t know that trick of turning it upside down overnight, thanks!

@emeraldduchess I prefer smooth PB over Chunky, but I won't say no to chunky either haha And I like natural PB too, but NOT the kind you have to stir    Can we still be long lost siblings?!

My UO is that I don't want to be open about my IF to anyone other than my direct family. I told my boss I have some physical challenges which also impacted my mental health but never told him what exactly is going on

@pom9207 when I talked to my boss about having lots of appointments due to a medical issue I also mentioned "don't worry, I'm not dying or anything like that". I cringe thinking about that 😬

Anxiety about serious conversations with people makes me say stupid things

My boss was super nice and understanding; I am glad he wasn’t asking me about any details
