  • I love all Christmas decor but my favorite are nutcrackers.  I started collecting them about 15 years ago and have added one to my collection every year.  My favorites are the Steinbachs.  They are pricey so I only have a few of them.

  • One of my baby's first Christmas ornaments for no real good reason is something I cherish. It's a small ball ornament (like maybe golf ball sized or a little smaller) that's pink - a color I have never liked until recently. I think what I like most is the painted snowman on it. It's an ornament I always put front and eye level on my parent's Christmas tree. It goes wherever on my tree now though lol.

  • I have my "Baby's First Christmas" ornament, too! My mom ended up with three of the same one. I was born 3 days before Christmas and everyone rushed to the Hallmark store to get it as a baby gift (I was supposed to arrive in January). 🤣 DH had the exact same one, except in blue. It's still on his parents' tree, though.
I have a ballerina ornament that my aunt gave me the Christmas before she passed away. She took me to see "The Sleeping Beauty" ballet when I was little, and I always remember her when I hang it on the tree.
  • Mine is the glass one, MH’s is the green ball. 💕

  • @inthewoods23 Hahahah I love it! The best part is that MH's brother does not have the same ornament, he has a red rocking horse for his! Clearly the green ball was the popular one! BiL was born in '82, how old is your oldest green ball? :D

  • @mvt2003 I have the red rocking horse, lol.

I favorite is our Wallace silver bells. <3

  • I honestly love all of the decor (and music!).  If I had to choose a favorite I would say the tree and lights/lighted garland around the house.  I love these as accent lights and will turn off all other lights and just enjoy them.  We just bought a new artificial tree this year that has different light patterns on the tree and we can switch from white to colored lights.  I'm partial to the plain white lights though, but nice to have options.
