Having a hard week, so what better way to shift it than to change my focus onto the positive?

    1) My family
    2) Beautiful weather
    3) Work flexibility
    4) Being able to take downtime to just sit with my feelings
    5) Online friends sharing their similar TTC experiences & treatments so I can hold on to some hope that something will work for me too🤞🏽
    6) TB ladies for listening, caring, supporting, & encouraging me (& each other)♥️
    7) Clean water
    8) Healthy food available
    9) Always, the miracles of modern medicine. I’m so thankful I live in a time where we can study these TTC issues & try so many different solutions.
    10) Inner strength & limitless hope
