Re: PAIF- New Mommies Nov/Dec 2019

  • @cashewchicken It's such a game changer. It works really well when you have multiple kiddos needing a diaper bag.
  • @wildrainbow That’s one of the reasons I got this bag. My kid requires more stuff now and with another one, I definitely need a big bag.

    Ah!  I'm so glad I picked a good one! @cashewchicken @wildrainbow I put an entire pack of sposies in the bottom and then fill the rest with ziplock baggied outfits and a pair of shoes on top.  Then the wipes and the insulated bottle pocket?  It's so great.  I also used the mini pouch nonstop.  So convenient when I just want to run for a quick change!
  • @cashewchicken He’s a bit jealous but starting to show more interest. I think once the baby is old enough to interact things will get better. I hear moms with little ones talk about how hard it is juggling two and wasn’t expecting to have the same issue with such a big age gap!
  • My last msg never posted  :s so hoping all had happy holidays and new year!

    @k_mama91 Welcome and A big congrats!! The journey is long and hard and now comes the exhausting fun I’m sure! Hope you’re healing and feeling well!

    @wildrainbow omg that’s amazing!!! I love hearing such wonderful surprise hoping it’s a sticky bean!!

    @BusinessWife how are thing’s looking!

    We went to my nieces Chanukah party at school and it was just so cute to see my girl having a ball and not afraid of the bigger kids running around, she just joined in the fun and literally never wanted to leave!! That was when the meltdown happened Oy!  :s:D

    Now we are teething again, what is everyone using to get through?

    Question for anyone that went for another baby and was still breastfeeding what protocol did you end up doing for your FET?

  • @dukie001  I still prefer pampers for my girl. We have leakes too and once the batch of diapers were defective and that’s extremely frustrating to say the least!! Do u have the leaks mostly when he’s sleeping...sorry if I kissed that info!  Mine hates being changed so making sure I get everything pulled out on her legs it tough enough.we do many loads of laundry here!  :D

    @k_mama91 Your DS1 probably just needs a bit more time to process having a younger brother but I’m sure he’ll love him in no time. A friend of mine has a brother who is 7 years younger than her and when he first came home, she was not pleased. She eventually warmed up to him and they definitely became closer as adults. After her brother’s college graduation, they even took a backpacking trip to Europe together. That’s sweet.

  • @Hopeful_mom It doesn’t happen necessarily at night. I can’t even pick out a time. Mostly when he is on his tummy or on the side. I bought Luvs to try....they are ok and cheap. Btw just finished cleaning the blow out up his neck 😄🤣

    @Hopeful_mom so far so good!  I'm still taking endoEndome and I see the RE to hopefully graduate on Wednesday!  Then my first MW appointment is the following Wednesday.  Starting to feel like this might really happen!

    ETA as for FET, I had to be totally weaned and I think maybe even for 3 mos.  For me, I wasn't able to breastfeed as long as I had hoped anyway, so it was a non issue. :/
