Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch?
Whine: What is your kryptonite?
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
**Edited because I can't work a spoiler.** Win: What are you winning at this week? This is a tough one as I tend to be quite down on myself. I am winning at making more time for DH after last week's conversation. I have been staying up until he gets home so we can have a good chat about the day's events. He doesn't like me losing sleep because of him, but I don't mind if it makes him feel good.
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch? DH and I normally go for brunch at Cora's and they have excellent coffee. I also like a good tart orange juice with bacon and eggs
Whine: What is your kryptonite? Food. I tend to snack when bored so knitting really helps keep my hands busy. Knitting with a good cup of tea next to me. Yes this is me:
Win: What are you winning at this week? My hair. I cut off 4" while on vacation and I've been pretty good about keeping it styled since I got back. I don't normally fuss about my hair much, which is why I chopped it all off.
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch? Is it still a mimosa if I skip the OJ? Ok in that case, prosecco is good any time of day lol. But I love me a good cuppa decaf english breakfast (thank you @lillywonderland for the tip that Twinnings has a decaf version! It has changed my life!) with honey and cream (yes, cream in my tea. It's basically a tea-latte).
Whine: What is your kryptonite? Salt and crunch, like french fries or salt & vinegar kettle chips. Or just carbs in general. Restaurants that serve warm crusty bread before meals usually result in me eating half my weight in bread and butter, and two bites of my meal.

@meri-mac +1 for tea and knitting!! There's a lot of knitters/crocheters here. @kiki047 I am getting my hair cut this weekend and I can't wait!
Win: What are you winning at this week? I haven't had to bring much home to correct at night because I am getting a lot done during my prep time. That means I can go to the gym, enjoy my dinner and relax before bed.
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch? I like a good mimosa but if that's not an option, a good cup of tea with milk and sugar.
Whine: What is your kryptonite? Wine and spicy Cheez-its! I also have a weakness for cute coffee mugs. DH gets so annoyed but they make me smile, especially the ones from our Disney trips.
Win: What are you winning at this week? being more productive! Trying to not be as miserable at my job after the interview I had.
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch? i don’t ever go to brunch unless it’s for an event or holiday. But my fav breakfast drink is iced coffee. I don’t do mimosas or bloody marys
Whine: What is your kryptonite? sugar for sure. I love sweets. Something not food related would be procrastination and sleep. I can sleep way too much and I would be so much more productive if I didn’t procrastinate a lot.
@kiki047 Your tea latte sounds amazing! I shall try it! I have been drinking a couple of cups of caffeinated tea as I have gotten sick of my decaf. I am a big fan of Twinnnings Lady Gray, but I don't know if they have a decaf version.
@emeraldduchess Getting all that done during your prep time is huge! I used to be a teacher and understand the mass of things that can be left over. You are seriously impressive! Some of my teacher friends have had their prep time taken away to watch other people's classes (which is a big no no in this province), but admins don't seem to care... DH has forbidden me from buying any more mugs, but that doesn't stop other people from giving them to me
Win: What are you winning at this week? Exercise and just keeping my mental health in check. Asking for help, staying on top of house stuff, etc. This is big for me the closer AF gets as my irritability goes way up!
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch? I love a good spicy caeser, with all the pickled toppings. If I’m not drinking, then hit me up with a fresh squeezed orange juice or a nice cup of black coffee
Whine: What is your kryptonite? Baked goods. All sorts, but specifically cookies from bakeries or nice coffee shops (no grocery store, or Starbucks please!). I love to bake, but I can’t handle it in the house.
Win: What are you winning at this week? I'm surviving the beginning of my busy work season AND I've felt empowered enough to push back on my boss about his insane schedule (which he needs me to do and has told me I can do, I just have felt reticent to do it recently). I straight up told him today we need to come up with a delegation plan because I refuse to book him solid.
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch? I'm alllllll about a good Bloody Mary, preferably with fun add-ins like bacon or pickles.
Whine: What is your kryptonite? Sweets for sure! I'm keeping chocolate in my life even eating keto (stevia is my friend )

@meri-mac I hate to tell you this "tip" but I used to use m&ms as row/pattern counters - every time I finished a row I would eat an m&m
@kiki047 I will take a tea latte please and thank you!
@emeraldduchess I have so many Disney coffee mugs, when we moved and one of my girlfriends unpacked my kitchen boxes for me, she told me my cupboard is full and if I buy another one she will smack me!

@mvt2003 omg that's brilliant about the M&Ms as counters, haha. But what if you have to take out a row? @meri-mac Mmm I also love Lady Gray tea. Granville Island has a tea place that sells the most amazing decaf earl gray loose leaf tea and I love it. Except my Aunt (that lives in Vancouver) keeps forgetting I like decaf and brings me bags of the regular one and I'm always so sad I can't have any. @coffeeandcookies84 I also love to bake but I have to give it away or we'll eat it alllll. @emeraldduchess yay for haircuts! It's such a good pick-me-up with relatively little effort.

just being in a happier state. The vacation tomorrow may be to blame though 😄
Wine: What is your favorite alcoholic (or nonalcoholic) drink to have with brunch?
Orange juice. I'll take a mimosa if it only has a splash of champagne. Otherwise it makes me thinky OJ went bad.
Whine: What is your kryptonite? I need to follow with @kiki047 and say salt and vinegar anything! Chips, pickles, etc. Can't ever go wrong picking salt and vinegar chips with my sandwiches. Also pumpkin seeds and cinnamon rolls/breakfast pastries 🤤 (not together haha) Depending on my mood I may be big into sugar but it looks like I've fallen out of that lately. Probably a good thing!

Win: What are you winning at this week? Not freaking out over IF. I’m doing what I can and although I do get upset and mad, I know it’s not going to help.
