Major gum/teeth pain and sensitivity?

I started having major pain in my gums and teeth only on my right side of the mouth. It comes and goes - but when it comes, it lasts a good 10-15 mins and then goes away. It’s so painful! Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms or know what might be going on?

That sounds like it needs a visit to the dentist.  I feel like my root canals started out like that.
