  • @bows22 have fun at the pool this weekend! Sure hope you'll go anyway even if the weather is a little cooler. Can't be as chilly as it is where I'm at. Community day should be fun. I missed ours. There was fress dinner with games and treats likd cotton candy and popcorn! My friend told me barely anyone showed up. I didn't hear about it, but I guess there were signs all over the neighborhood advertising it. I must be blind because I didn't see any signs, lol.

@inthewoods23 Do the zoo and shoes!! Sounds like a great day to me. Hope its May for you, I wanna lurk and see that meme in your intro.

@jrouge12 Have fun camping!!! Those weird bird noises in the morning creep me out, lol.

@gingermama29 Thats too bad about Amazon, I've n3ver had a problem with them.

@saladflambe Good luck trying to cut out those energy drinks. Was never a fan of those, too sweet and I could taste the caffeine. I'm trying to switch to decaf coffee and so far its going well.

@mvt2003 good for you for going keto. I tried, just couldn't do it long term. Let us know how those brownies are!

R/R: Getting discouraged that my house will not be totally decluttered before we leave on our trip next week. Been working on the basement all week and didn't realize how big of a job it would be. Also nervous about leaving my doggy with some friends while we're away. She doesn't know them well and I feel like she'll be super stressed the entire time. Everything will be fine, just have to chill out!

    CS/Q: Nothing yet.

That was sure alot of reading.

  • @kpearse99 We were told that of our dog too. Was said that she would only maybe be 18lbs at the most and she is 27lbs. She also could just be fat, lol.
Hopefully you can solve the car travels with yours.
  •  She also could just be fat, lol.

  • Anyone else get mid-cycle twinges/cramps?
I'm pretty sure it coincides w/ me ovulating.
I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating today 'cus...just had the sharp twinge & cramps.
IDK. Ugh I'm supposed to be staying RELAXED about this, but I am bad at "relaxed."

If I ovulate today & had sex last night, I'm as covered as I can get, right?
Now I wish I was temping this month. *insert eyeroll at self.*

  • @saladflambe I got peak OPKs on Monday and Tuesday and again this morning and I've had some light cramping all three of those days, plus Wednesday.  Clearly, I am not the right person to answer since I've had off cycles lately but I do/did typically get some cramping around O time.

If you do O today, sex last night is great but I would also HIO tonight too and maybe even tomorrow for the +1 if you can swing it.

But above all else, just take a deep breath!

  • @inthewoods23 I live near a lot of apple orchards so I'm really stuck up about cider 🤣. I try not to get any until apple season because there's just no comparison to the cider you can get straight from the farms. In a pinch, the store stuff will help satisfy a craving before apple season hits but I try to hold out for the good stuff. Only a month away! 😊😊

Problem is my husband can't really do every night - our plan was yesterday & tomorrow, but now my monkey brain is like "nooo you should do tonight instead of tomorrow because you felt a TWINGE!" ...dude... calm down, monkey in my brain.

If I stick to the plan and I DID ovulate today -- can't confirm since not temping -- I'd get -1 and +1, which really should be enough. SHUSH MONKEY BRAIN!

Maybe I can get him to do it tomorrow morning so it's less than 24 hours since I felt the cramping...

...and this is why you temp. #anxiety.

  • @ottergirl81 hope you can get done everything you need to before your trip! And hopefully your pup will be ok and won’t stress too much while you are away!

@saladflambe I get mid-cycle cramping, but sometimes it happens for several days leading up to O (confirmed with temping). Try not to stress too much about it...I know, easier said than done! I remember my first several cycles trying, I noticed & stressed about every little twinge!
  • @saladflambe I am 100% pro-pumpkin everything, but my rule is not until September 1.  Gotta respect the season.  ;)
