I’m not sure if I’ve ever been the first to post my stats in a thread. Let’s do this!! Good morning, all! 

Month/Cycle: 16/14

CD: 5 

WAYDTGKU: letrozole 5mg cd4-8; monitoring how many eggs develop, and then hopefully hio like bunnies; decaf only; prenatals; bbt; opk 

R/R: rave—I really enjoyed yesterday! I was worried the day would tank because we hadn’t planned anything out, but we were able to work a little on the house, ended up watching a movie on tv, and went to a fun concert at a local park. Plus, we had treated ourselves to donuts for breakfast yesterday, and I pulled off a delicious healthy dinner without having to go to the store! It was really nice breaking from routine and having things just work themselves out!! Rant—I still have hot flashes. I thought I was done with then on Saturday, but I had a few yesterday. It’s not crazy that my body needs more adjusting time, but I had thought I was over it. Hopefully after I’m through with the letrozole they’ll pass. I think I read that letrozole side effects pass as soon as the medication stops. If I’m wrong, don’t tell me otherwise since maybe the placebo effect will kick in. 😆

R/R: pretty sure O is today.  i'm hoping so bc i'm away from DH now for 48hrs.  by CBAD was insisting on an open circle yesterday AM, but my afternoon Wondfo was a blazer.  I repeated the CBAD and then it said peak.  NBD but would like some consistency.  other than that weekend was nice and mostly relaxing.

R/R: I did it! I got the dishes all cleaned, I got some laundry done (not folded of course lol), I pulled 4 Gorilla carts worth of weeds from our front yard, AND I finally got all our papers filed away! That'll make me feel so much better going into my surgery tomorrow. Also my meds came on Saturday so I'm all set to start the first injections on the 8th! Woo!

R/R: Blah. Monday after a fun and relaxing weekend with friends is very sad. I’m tan, hungover and dreaming about next year already. But I am ready to take on this fertile week and I WILL GET KU. Let’s see how positive I stay throughout this cycle. 

CS/Q: Missed two temps over the weekend because I didn’t want my roommate to think I was nuts. Also I was drinking so they’d be messed up anyway. 

@begging4abump What’d you make for dinner? Your day sounds lovely.

R/R: I had a really great weekend with MH, as far as getting stuff done around the house goes. We're in the process of opening a small business, so we got a good start on that. Not much else is going on, just waiting to enter into FW.

R/R:  For anyone who remembers my R/R from last week: TW: PG and LC

I ended up being right about our friends who were staying with us.  They told us the last night they were here.  They had a loss in the past before their daughter, so I am obviously so happy for them, but it still hurts.  I just want to go back to feeling happy for others without feeling sorry for myself.  I know she was tormenting herself about how to tell me, and there was no easy way... but I still cried before bed that night (after HIO with MH... super sexy). 

We had a good mix of relaxation and productivity this weekend.  Got some boat time in, and some yard work.  I attacked some weeds that were taking over our blackberry bush, and it thanked me by slicing my arms all up.  I look like I got attacked by an angry cat.  I also didn't drink enough water yesterday, and had a bit too much wine last night, and I'm feeling it this morning.  I'm also freaking out because O is coming any time, and I'm afraid I might have dehydrated myself at a critical TTGP time.  But I keep telling myself people get waaaaay more wasted and still get KU all the time, so NBD.  But still.  Regrets.  Also, I forgot my laptop at home today, so I'm on a loaner, which sucks and is different to type on, so I keep making typos.

CS/Q: I was really hoping to O by now.  CD20 is my latest O date, so hopefully by tomorrow.

@shamrocandroll Ha! I’m right there with you. I’m all in my head about pickling my eggs this weekend with all the drinking I did. I keep reminding myself that it’s ok, I’m ok, and my eggs are not pickled.

@shamrocandroll I hope those cuts heal quickly! Yard work is a beast! I needed to wear an eye patch on vacation last week because I got whacked in the eye with a branch of a shrub that I was trying to trim back. I’m picturing you as Rachel on friends when she got that hairless cat, but I really hope it’s not that bad! With all that’s going on, hang in there! You’re not alone! ❤️

@rachelg777 All those stairs are no joke! In college, I opted to live on higher up floors so that I’d get some exercise in since I can be good about avoiding the gym. 

@inthewoods23 I’m glad you were able to be so productive! I was never a filing cabinet person at home, but mh has helped me to see the light. Ha, it’s so nice to be able to find stuff!!

@sevenn lol about your chart looking like the Big Dipper! I saw my first shooting star last week, so I’m thinking it’s written in the stars for this to be our cycles. Ha! I’m glad you got those opks in pine finally.

@shamrocandroll - we make custom antique tavern signs. So, my husband works the wood (assembly, sanding, staining, antiquing), and I do the stenciling and painting. Some of the designs don't lend well to stenciling, so I wind up hand-painting those. For instance, the lake scene on the Camp Crystal Lake sign from Friday the 13th has to be painted by hand. Depending on the size, just that part takes me anywhere between 3-4 hours.

We have a few different styles, and are working on a special run of spooky/Halloween-y themed ones to sell online and at our local farmer's market. I got some really cool minimalistic designs for A Clockwork Orange, Rocky Horror Picture Show, It, and Night of the Living Dead. We also just scored a bunch of reclaimed wood from a horse barn that was torn down by our house, so we're going to use that for an Americana line that we're going to call Liberty Reclaimed.

R/R: Had a wonderful weekend, other than being sick on Saturday morning. DH and I went out yesterday to a cultural festival, where they show different cultures dancing/singing. It was super fun- we go every year! I work tomorrow and the day after, then I am back on vacation for 10 days.

Month/Cycle: Jan 2018

CD: 1. Unexpected early AF, so I guess we missed O - 

WAYDTGKU: This will be our first full cycle off the bench since *TW* my loss*end TW*  back in January 2019 due to other health problems. I am feeling the healthiest I have in years, so I think we are going into it better for the long delay! So temping, tracking, and trying. 

R/R:  I'm trying to look on the sunny side that if AF came today, that means we weren't off the bench when I actually O'd. I was using the assumption (faulty) of a regular schedule. It's been pretty normal, since I started the aspirin, but was super wonky before that. So. I guess this is good news! Get the end of the last cycle on the bench over, and move on. 

CS/Q: Not yet!

@inthewoods23 Good luck tomorrow!!! I've given up on laundry. So. Much. I used to fold it all at the laundry mat before we got home, and it was all done at once. Now, it's on the second floor outside our master, and it's just a constant never ending process. 
@sevenn Don't these husbands know all travel - business included - must be planned around the ever unpredictable O?

R/R: I had a pretty quiet weekend. I definitely like weekends without plans every now and then, especially given the fact that we were traveling the previous two weekends. I'm starting to feel a little stir crazy today though.

@gingermama29 - for now we'll be selling mostly online and at farmer's markets and such. I don't foresee us making this a lucrative enough venture to open a physical storefront. At most, we'd probably rent a booth at a crafter's boutique in one of the historic districts around here.

@gingermama29 I hear you on that tricky balance between laid back and bored. We almost didn’t go to the concert because it’s so easy to just hang back and watch Netflix, but mh and I definitely needed a little mixing it up. Do you have some fun stuff coming up this weekend?

@begging4abump weekend plans are still up in the air. We might head down to see friends at their lake house. The following weekend is DH's and my 5th anniversary and we've got a nice date night planned for which we are long overdue.
