Testing: BFN at 9 DPO because I was getting my hopes up too high. I’ll test for real tomorrow. 

R/R: I have a busy week - I have so much I want to get wrapped at work up before vacation and then of course packing, etc. I love the preparation though. Taking my car in to get serviced today so that it’s ready for the drive, it’s only a year old so I’m hoping there are no surprises. 

CS/Q: doesn’t look too promising but I’m not putting that much stock in the drop

Testing: nope. I already peed this morning, and now I will be gone for 3 nights. And then camping when I get back.

R/R: I'm going into the office for a half day this morning before flying out this afternoon and I haven't even packed!! Hopefully I will have enough time to run home and pack before heading to the airport. I guess I will probably only go in for a couple hours.

Testing: Blood test on Friday if I make it that far without AF or spotting. 

R/R: Saw a lot of my family yesterday *TW* at my cousin's baby shower. End TW* It was nice to catch up with everyone and especially great to talk to my cousin about everything we have both been through with TTC and IF.

CS/Q: Big temp spike this morning, which I was not expecting. Trying not to get my hopes up, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't symptom-spotting.

@bows22 hooray for vacation! I love getting ready for a trip, especially getting the travel-sized toiletries. Even packing is fun for me. Did you tell us where you're going? I don't remember if you did.

@emeraldduchess we are going to Hilton head with my H’s family. I think I may have only mentioned it to @bluetickgal because she is going there in a couple of months too! I’m glad you had fun at the baby shower! Also look at that temp spike!!!

@emeraldduchess Aw look at that temp spike!! I'm symptom spotting for you! So nice you were able to spend some time with your cousin and talk about TTC and IF. It's nice to have people IRL that get it, too.

Oh, I forgot to post about it, but emerald's comment reminded me I had the sweetest convo with my grandma last week. She is German and very reserved but she surprised me this week and told me a little about her TTC journey for my mom. My mom and uncle are 4 years apart and my grandma was saying how she remembers the disappointment month after month when AF came. She also did BBT! She said "I even went to the doctor and he told me to take my temp every morning and when it goes up it means you are ovulating". Which is a little wrong, because it means you already did, but oh well. That was almost 60 years ago.

R/R: I ate like crap all weekend and not surprisingly woke up to a very angry stomach this morning. Overall it was a good weekend though- we were sorta busy Saturday with the big green egg fest and having dinner with my uncle and cousins, then yesterday was a chill day. We finally pulled the trigger (a different kind haha) and bought a new washer / dryer that should be delivered on the 12th. I’m going to attempt to sell at least our washer before then (and basically be like, I’ll throw the dryer in for free, it could probably be fixed but I don’t know) so I need to reassemble the dryer that’s currently in like 8 pieces around our basement...

Also, we finally finished Stranger Things last night!

Ladies! I've missed you!!

Month/Cycle: 11 / 8 (AL)

CD/DPO: 38 / no idea anymore what DPO I am... maybe like 20?

Timing: No idea anymore

Typical LP length: Also.... no idea anymore!

Testing: Tested again on Friday, BFN.  Had a little bit of brown spotting yesterday morning (which I had spotting the day before AF arrived last cycle... which was also a longer cycle) So maybe AF will arrive today?

R/R: Rant: DH left for his work trip this morning and I leave for my mine tomorrow afternoon so we won't see each other until very late Friday night. I'm so emotional today about our overlapping travel that I've already cried twice this morning. ugh!  AF - please just arrive already!!

R/R: I had a really nice weekend! I went to the farmer's market, hung out with MH, got some good knitting time in. The bday party wasn't too painful, so that was nice. 

CS/Q: Nope, still a hot mess. No official CH yet, but I feel pretty confident about O day.

@b_1029 New appliances are the best! I hope you can sell the washer quickly. I also didn't eat too great this weekend, my stomach is fine, but I have so much inflammation all over now, especially in my hands.

R/R: We had a busy weekend, working, and a party for family. Everything went well! We also got our floors done in the bathroom, all except the new trim, but its sooo much better! I don't have many plans for the week, other than getting the house back in order and doing our grocery pick up today. Im sure something will come up! I'll try to stay busy so I don't drive myself crazy with anxiety SS. I had some real light cramping 6dpo, but i'm telling myself that it was too early for anything important. lol!

CS/Q:  I had some inconsistent temps over the weekend. chalking it up to drinking too much wine saturday night.

Testing: SS already, going to try to wait for CD 12 to test but might not be able to contain the crazy that long. 

R/R: H is being a Debbie Downer about this cycle. I didn't really track anything other than HIO, and only kind of know when I Od because of the one opk I took on CD 15 being a blazing positive. He said I'm obviously not pregnant because I ovulated early, we weren't tracking, etc. I wish he would be more positive but I think maybe hes just trying to not get his hopes up. 

CS/Q: Nothing to see really. I'll be back for @'s!

@SimpleJane wow, I wish YH would be more positive too but I can understand not wanting to get the hopes up.  However, it's what us women do every single month so.... MH never wants me/us to worry about timing (because he doesn't want it to become a chore and he hates having sex be scheduled) but I'm like.... ugggghhhh we kind of need to time it correctly   

@bows22 AF just arrived!! 2 days earlier than last cycle... I have a call into my RE, just waiting for them to call me back.

@kspears Booo to the long cycles! I used to love having long cycles before TTC (longer without AF was fine with me!) But now it just feels like once I get that BFN I just want the cycle over with so we can try again. I hope AF brings you relief from the emotional stuff.

@bows22 yay for your vacation! I kind of love having a busy week getting things wrapped up before a trip...it makes it that much more exciting to finally leave! Hilton Head sounds so lovely.

@mvt2003 - your weekend sounds so nice and your timing is great! The 10K was fine, he was satisfied with his time but I think he's mostly just happy that he can get back to weight lifting which he was taking a break from while running to prepare for the past couple months.
@photographerwife - your timing is great! For month/cycle -- I count the beginning of another month on the 23rd of every month b/c that's the day I got my IUD out and considered myself to be trying. It makes sense in my brain! I'm weird and precise about dates haha. 
@SimpleJane - I hope your H doesn't bring your mood down! 2x on the day before and once on O day isn't half bad! Ooh I've never been to the Bangor trails, your day sounds fun! I went to the Shrine Trail in Alfred, it's on the grounds of a monastery where the monks run a bakery too! (It was closed today tho.) It feels like such a unique place for a nature walk!

@photographerwife that’s what I do too. Our first cycle TTC started on the 8th so I’ll switch to the next month on August 8th.

Well guys, I started spotting bright red tonight so I think AF will be here either tomorrow or Wednesday Not sure if I will get on to post the next couple days, but know its not because of any "good" reason.
