R/R: I had some really vivid dreams last night and I looked up what some of the things I saw in them mean and they are all negative, negative, negative. Obviously my subconscious didnt get the memo that it’s positive thoughts only this cycle.
DH went to bed really early so I actually got to watch an episode of the bachelorette - I’m like a month behind. I saw on the DVR that the men tell all was last night? Does that mean the finale is next week? I have some work to do this week if so.
CS/Q: it was chilly last night and I used a comforter so I think it made things a little toasty. We will see

R/R: It's pouring rain this morning and I love the sound! I am more than happy to curl up with my tea and my book for a little while.
CS/Q: I think today is O day! My OPK was blazing positive yesterday afternoon, even though I've barely had any CM. Now I just have to call my RE and double check on whether or not the progesterone supplements are on their way.
@emeraldduchess sounds like a lovely day! I hope you enjoy the rain and your book! Hopefully the progesterone makes it to you soon.

WAYDTGKU: letrozole + trigger + TI
R/R: seeing @bows22 post reminded me that I had a dream about a fire last night. These disaster dreams always happen at my parents’ house. I’ve gotten really into Chicago Fire so in my dream I was using my “knowledge” from the show.
It feels amazing out this morning and I’m so excited. If it were never hot (like above 85) again I honestly wouldn’t be sad. I was able to convince DH to come on a quick walk around the block with the dog to enjoy the morning, but the dog was sad we didn’t stop at his favorite coffee shop. Also, we got a roomba and so far I’m loving it! I was planning on running it while I was at work, but it always beaches (?) itself on our fireplace hearth and I have to go rescue it 😂

@emeraldduchess happy O day! Enjoy that tea and a book! I’m envious! What book are you working on?
@b_1029 agreed on the heat! I used to live in Arizona and deal with 110 degrees there, but that 110 is so different from ohio’s 110 degrees. Ugh! Glad you got a walk in! I’ve been rocking some mid-morning runs, it’s been nice!

R/R: I get to work on school work with my work bestie today! We agreed on sweatpants as the dress code. Lol! I’m excited to see her... it’s been a while! I hate that about being a teacher... it takes effort to see each other.
CS/Q: O was definitely yesterday! MH has been a trooper with HIO! I’m hoping for one more chance tonight before we just release it to the fertility gods. I sang to my body last night after sex... “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...” lol. Waiting on the CH’s now to move to TWW. Who’s joining me?
@b_1029 oh I hate fire dreams! But maybe they are less scary for you since you’re an expert haha. And yes so nice to have normal weather again! Now if Mother Nature could be a little more consistent so that it doesn’t mess with my temps that would be great. If you think you’ll go nuts without data maybe you could just temp on weekdays?
@millpe I’m glad your day is off to a good start! I asked Alexa to play Hakuna Matata this morning and I feel like that started me off on the right foot too! That’s so interesting about your company. I hope you get some info soon!

R/R: I'm so tired today. I have to cover a class for my boss this morning. Then I may try getting home for a quick nap.
CS/Q: pretty sure today is O day based on the positive OPK I got yesterday. Hoping to get one more HIO session in today.
@bows22 @ejoseph16 I am reading "Anne Boleyn: A King's Obsession" by Alison Weir. It's the second in her series about the 6 wives of Henry VIII. It's taken me a lot more time to read than I would like, but I keep getting distracted by you ladies here on TB (and my knitting, of course)!
@ejoseph16 have fun with your work bestie! I approve of the sweatpants dress code. I live in my yoga pants during the summer! I think it's the unofficial teacher uniform for school vacation.
@bows22 I sincerely thought she was ridiculous on the bachelor. I was so mad they made her the bachelorette. But now I see it! MH actually had been watching with me since the episode you just finished. Luke P is something else! Holy moly! Just wait... it gets so good! I’m a peter fan... I love Peter!
@Kathryn0903 happy O day! Get busy!
@emeraldduchess agreed, rain is a lovely sound! Especially in the morning when it feels like the time goes by slowly. So enjoyable.
@b_1029 how good of a job do roombas do? I feel like it would never pick up from our carpet. Do they even work well on carpets? 🤔 I must say that is the 1 downside to robotic vacuums (or in my case a lawnmower), they can get stuck! Twice now our mower has gotten caught on the light pole in our yard. It tears up the grass around it from doing so many circles *sigh*. How are you feeling after dose 1 of letrozole? Hope things are starting off good there!
@millpe good luck with the work changes! Hope things start to look better. I always like to think change is good, but there are always the questionable changes that make you wonder what they were drinking the day they made that decision.
@ejoseph16 sweatpants should just be life's dress code 😆

@bows22 and @ejoseph16 -- ooh more Bachelorette watchers! I am loving this season and have a huge crush on Tyler C. I think there are two more episodes after this?? Because there are still three guys....I'm not sure, I always forget how the ending works... and agree about Hannah! SO makes fun of me for being so serious about this but I really feel like the Bachelor/Bachelorette is doing some great things lately! This season could carry some good lessons for young women dealing with toxic men. I and several other women I know have had experience dating a Luke P type! And they dealt with sexual assault in a really tasteful way with Caelyn last season.
@emeraldduchess - yay for O day! You have great timing! Your plan for today sounds so lovely and relaxing! The book sounds great too.
@b_1029 - ooh jealous of your Roomba! That's so cute that your pup has specific taste in coffee shops.

R/R: I'm sure you're all on the edge of your seat waiting for more scintillating info about this stupid cycle with my neverending not-quite surges (might have had a real surge yesterday) and ewcm! Other than TTC stuff...excited for barre class tonight and last night I went to a happy hour with some girls I met through MeetUp.com last year - nice but made me feel like I should keep in touch with/hang out with them a lot more because they've definitely all formed real friendships while I've been a little antisocial and just come out once in a while and haven't made as much of an effort. So that will be a goal for the next few months!
CS/Q: I can't really figure out how to articulate an OPK question, but basically I've been testing for a LONG time this month -- since day 12, and had a few small peaks/"high" results and then it would be low for a few days -- like peaks and valleys. Then the past three days it's been basically getting higher and the one I got late yesterday could be considered a peak. Has this happened to anyone?

I got a long workout in last night, still feeling the endorphins this morning, which helps I think. I also realized that I probably do have enough yarn (in a discontinued color) to finish a knitting project I've been working on in spurts for about 10 years ( @emeraldduchess ) so I'm pretty pumped about that too.

@bows22 I started the bachelorette this season but it just was too much of a time commitment. I'm following the drama though because it's too good not to! I slept with my comforter too and it was ah-ma-zing! Fall is my favorite and last night felt a little bit like fall!! And finally tell your subconscious that we are all aboard the positivity train!!!

@bows22 you have a lot to catch up on for the bach before next week!
Also another Bachelorette watcher here! I don't like to admit it, but it's my guilty pleasure show for sure! @tyrion_ the BIP previews had me dying last night. DH happened to walk by and gave me the BIGGEST eyeroll
@b_1029 I'm glad to hear you like the roomba! i have a few tall area rugs and i'd like to invest in one, but i'm afraid it would get stuck on them?
@inthewoods23 I'm sorry about your GA, but a new sound system and outdoor furniture sounds like you're creating a pretty awesome space. Are you creating an updated outdoor space?

@ejoseph16 I love the positive vibes and the singing! I always chant "come on baby, come on baby" at my tummy around implantation day, like its running a race and I'm willing it to the finish line.

@whitealbum29 your R/R cracked me up! I really am so interested in what’s going on with you this cycle. Hopefully today is the day you get the peak!
@mvt2003 yes to the positivity/April train! And great news about the yarn!
@tyrion_ yes to bachelor in paradise! That’s at least half of the reason why I won’t throw in the towel on this season. I need to know who everyone is!
@mamaqdubu you used the CS/Q section correctly without even knowing! Haha
@shoogapoff of course this would be the month that you don’t O early. Ugh! I am obsessed with my nieces and nephews and am so fortunate that they live very close to me. Its great that you are getting this wonderful quality time with yours. Have so much fun!
As for the playlist, I threw a bunch of songs on it but haven't organized it and I'm not sure I like what I put on it anyway. Still a work in progress. I think I need to spend more time really thinking about what to add instead of anything I think is considered upbeat.

@emeraldduchess Wooo for O day! Awesome timing, if so!
@b_1029 Glad it cooled down! Laughing at your sad dog and "beached" Roomba. Could you set up a barrier so it won't do that?
@millpe Wow, impressed you get out of bed early enough to do all of that! I always choose maximum sleep over leisurely mornings, but I wish I had more willpower because I also hate rushing.
@ejoseph16 LOL at "just keep swimming"
@inthewoods23 I feel you on having a hard time shaking the anxiety funk. I hope the new sound system and furniture does the trick!
@whitealbum29 Sorry for the crazy cycle! My first cycle on OPKs, I got some lighter lines, then blank, then high (which I thought were peak at the time) then light, then all of a sudden peak (which I didn't know what it looked like for sure until I saw it) and I was all kinds of confused. I hope this is O for you!!! I can never just temp or just do OPKs. Has to be both in conjunction.

@tyrion_ Sorry, and yay at the same time for AF!
@mamaqdubu Sorry if this is old news to you, but Taking Control of Your Fertility explained charting well enough that I was able to mostly figure out FF on my own. Although I still ask dumb questions about it here sometimes. CS/Q is for showing us your chart and/or asking questions about it.

I did want to correct myself about some of the abbreviations that I mentioned above needing to be added. I did go back and clarify some of them for myself but I also couldnt find a few.. Ill do a more thorough read in a bit.

@photographerwife The fridge IS new. It's only about 3 years old, and it was EXPENSIVE. It's also covered under warranty, but that means a lot of back and forth with appliance repair, and part of me would just rather know now if we need to suck it up and buy a new fridge because it's been A MONTH of not having one. But if it's fixable, then I'd obviously prefer that. I just want it to work! Re vaginal temping: it's a more accurate way to temp. Oral temperatures tend to fluctuate a lot more and give you that rocky mountain range looking chart, since things like breathing through your mouth or a fan blowing on your face can affect the accuracy of your reading. With basal body temperatures, minor shifts make a big difference, so I'm trying vaginal temping this month to try to get better readings and clearer signals from my cycles.
