Myself, for not eating breakfast at home and then driving through chick fil a for a chicken biscuit. I’m trying to make healthier choices, that clearly was not. 

It was so so good though!

Myself! I locked myself out of the house so now DH is on his way to rescue me. My dog is so sad 😭.

There is a fellow employee that sits on the other side of my cubicle wall that my co-worker and I have decided has Awake Apnea... he literally gasps for air, snores while he's awake and makes all sorts of other noises all day long.  It's so distracting and loud that I even hear it through my head-phones.  He literally sounds like he's sleeping/snoring at his desk all day long.  He's been moved a few times already.  I know he can't help it, except that he still smokes like a chimney even though he has breathing issues, but it's so disruptive!

@bows22 I did that this weekend with a donut    I have gone so long without eating a donut but I caved and it was so worth it!!

@kpearse99 Okay that sounds like a nightmare! I wonder if he should be hooked up to a CPAP at his desk? Also, I don't know WHY but I left my keys on the coffee table when they're usually always in my purse!

@inthewoods23 It was heartbreaking! She was crying and I was trying to put my hand up to the window and telling her it was okay but she wasn't having it lol. Also - I kind of agree with the Peggy. Just the whole "I'm impatient" comment was just like "REALLY?"

@bows22 confession, I have never eaten at a chick-fil-a. Is it really that good? And come on, you have to give yourself a pass SOMETIMES for delicious food.

@kpearse99 are your headphones noise cancelling? I have found I literally can't hear anyone around me with mine. Worth the investment!

And yeah, what part of TTC doesn't have impatience? Regardless of what cycle you're on there's the dreaded TWW, waiting for test results, waiting to get off the bench,waiting for the doctor to call, waiting to find out how many embyros you got from an ER, waiting for your HCG levels to drop after MC, heck - even waiting for you to reach your FW and get a positive OPK, etc! If you're not impatient in this process then you are doing it wrong

MH gets the emails about our dogs & when they are due for things even though I've told the vet on multiple occasions I need to ALSO get them or be the main email on the account--have written my email address on the boarding form, etc. WELL, turns out our Jasper is overdue for his heartworm & flea shot bc I'm not getting the emails, MH is! He is taking him in today (bc I have a meeting but I was like omg he needs to go in.) Heartworms are a big deal down here--and expensive to treat. He's had them once due to negligence  on our part, missing a month of the heartworm pill which is why we switched it to the shot! And now I'm MEGA-worried he will get them again. IDK who I am directing this TW more at--the vets office or MH! Both, I guess. Ugh.

okay so I'm kind of a twatwaffle/internet troll apparently. I called out this woman on the reddit ttcal subreddit because she *thinks* she had a MC when she was 1 day late with bad cramps and heavier bleeding. I did go back and tone down my post but wtf??

@inthewoods23 the food is good. The best thing is the breakfast chicken biscuit. It’s amazing. The lunch chicken sandwiches are also pretty good but not quite as worth it. They have some grilled chicken options that are decent and I don’t feel as bad about eating that as other “fast food.”  People love their waffle fries but I think they are just okay. I go to different clients for work so I go out to lunch a lot and am frequently tempted with bad food so I try to find options that aren’t so bad (but mostly fail as I did this morning haha ugh)

@ruby696 I was!  June 15 here.  Which is Father's Day weekend, so we'll be visiting my family, so I can't just curl up in a ball and cry and watch Netflix.  But maybe that will be a good thing and will keep me distracted.

I was June 25th. My neighbor (who I adore) is also due in June, so that's been super fun to watch. I'm very happy for her, but super bitter for myself. 🤷‍♀️ I was also on the May BMB for a hot minute. So depressing.

I'm sorry about Father's Day weekend. I hope your family does a lot of fun stuff so you're distracted.

Also TW to me today.  I forgot my phone at home.  Also, my birthday is Thursday and instead of being excited, I'm mostly just dreading turning another year older in this whole crazy journey.  Sorry, I'm feeling blah today.  I should go think of something to post in Trophy High Tuesday...

@chichiphin what is it with these women?! I was on another TTC board and one woman said she could feel pregnant but AF arrived so she must have had a M/C. Mmm, unless you had a BFP or a blood test to confirm, you didn't have a M/C because you *felt* like you were pregnant and AF arrived on time or was a few days late. And these people are the same who don't use BBT so they guesstimate O day, then assume AF is late. People are really clueless.

Lol @rikiteacup everytime we bring up the people who have no clue on their O I think of the people that say they get AF on the 10th of every month. I mean, unless your cycles perfectly fluctuate to coincide with the days in each month, it ain't happening.

ETA: this reminds me of a story that I think I've told here before, but it's a good one. This lady was a bit of a TW.

When I worked at Walgreens we had a really good sale on Playtex tampons one week so some boxes we were sold out of until we had shipment come in later in the week. Anyway, this lady comes in and she's looking for the box of like, 18 regular tampons, but we're out of it. Myself and a few coworkers were in the aisle and we suggest buying the box of half regular, half super tampons since we're out of the all regular. She then starts talking about how she doesn't need that absorbancy and how could anyone need that size (keep in mind the super plus and ultra absorbancies had recently become a thing so this was 5+ years ago). And basically all of us chimed in that we use supers and that we wish super plus or more had been available in our high school days and the lady basically was like "if you need an ultra absorbancy tampon something is wrong with you and you need to see a doctor."

Looking back I get a sense that this woman was so damn regular that she knew exactly how many tampons she needed a cycle and that it was abnormal to be anything outside of that regularity.

I've had periods for over half my life and I still ALWAYS have a pantiliner on when I use tampons because I never know when they're going to leak. I generally know they're good for at least 6 hours but sometimes flow ends up being a little more than expected. Plus I ain't letting AF rule my life of checking it in the bathroom all the time for leaks.

My DH and I have been TTC for 18 cycles. I think I'm having a miscarriage. I never got a BFP but my boobs were so sore a week before I was supposed to start AF, and right before I was scheduled to start I got cramps. Cramps for 3 days but no blood, a day after I was scheduled to start, I did and it was the worst cramps ever. Then I experienced something strange, a by pressure in my pelvis which felt like I got kicked right in the crotch. That pressure went away soon after I was surprised by soaking through my regular strength tampon in an hour. It has now been a week and a half and I'm still spotting fairly bright red blood.

My TW is boring but the snow today. It's May 21st and we got 4-6 inches of snow that stuck last night. All of my little seedlings and my tomato plant that went into the ground last week (it's a rule of thumb that we are safe to plant after Mother's Day here) are probably dead. I spent weeks sprouting those and now I'm going to have to do it again and get several fewer weeks of growing season which is already pretty freaking short here.

I've got nothing on all the loss talk. I haven't had one yet so I don't presume to know squat. As a rule of thumb, reddit is a dumpster fire though!

oh AND: updatteee: DH took sweet Jasper dog to the vet & he is 100% healthy & got all his shots & such. They apparently are now adding me to the email list (WE'LL SEE.) & he gave me the paperwork so I can write in my planner when he's due for upcoming stuff even if they don't email me. whew.

@inthewoods23 OMG that story! I hope she needs ULTRA (Tampax 5 drops out of 5) absorbency one day and remembers that day she was all smug about it. I never needed them until my IUD. I was glad the Ultra absorbency existed because anything under that I was leaking bad.

My TW is my future BIL.  So my future BIL has been living with us for a year and a half now, and my sister moved in at the start of the year. BIL is fun to hang out with, but living with him... not so much. He's the biggest minimalist I've EVER encountered and literally doesn't do a d*mned thing around the house, unless you specifically write him a list. Even then, he half the time doesn't do it. OH, and when you write the list you have to detail out EXACTLY how to clean each and everything (like to use Windex or CLorox wipes, or literally EVERY LITTLE STEP).  My sister is great at helping, but she can't undo over a year of his uselessness.  They are planning to move out before they get married in Sept, but BIL can't find 'his dream job' so they aren't sure where they want to move yet.  But somehow think they're going to get said dream job, move to location near that, get married, and then start to TTC right away...  Just had a big fight with my sister on phone about all this (I was asking what their plans were and if anything had changed and what they were thinking...), and after she talked to BIL about it, HE decided that HIS solution is to 'ban' the topic... so no one is allowed to mention it besides him and her.  WTAF?!?  Like, that's not how real life works... also, Real. Mature...
