Hiiiii guuyyyssss.. I'm always the first one to update because I miss you guys!

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Pish posh. I wish. This is still a struggle for DH and I. I keep thinking one will just come to me or something. Maybe when I see him I'll know? I have no clue. DH only likes race car driver names. Which, I mean.... ok? But no, we're not naming our son Ayrton Senna. Sorry. 

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I'm hesitant to put this out there but... I think, like, I might actually have a baby? Which seems like a ridiculous statement because duh, pregnant women have babies, bbuuuttttttt I'm just now starting to buy in. So far he's big (insert eye roll) and healthy and that's all I care about. Well, I hope he's cute too. But even if he isn't, I won't know I miss you guys. Did I already say that?

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Struggling here. I *thought* we had agreed on names last time but when I mentioned the boys name to DH he didn't like it. Then today he gave me a hard time about only choosing boy names. Well darling, our girl name has been a done deal for 15 years so.....

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I'm still struggling with PGAL brain a bit. Logically I know that things should be okay. But man, it's so hard to not be expecting the bad at every turn. I'm not sure it will ever really go away....

Anyway. I'm always in the shadows. I miss you ladies and can't wait to celebrate as you graduate! I'll now return to my lurker status.....

We are doing real crappy. Mostly waiting to see what parts are involved. Also, boy names are hard!! DS has the best name ever and all the other ones suck. Can we name the new baby “new baby”?!? Because that’s what we call him/her now!! 😜

Anatomy scan is on Wed. I'm equally excited and terrified. We’re also going on our baby moon/anniversary trip/DS’s birthday trip in a couple weeks. Looking forward to relaxing, soaking up the Hawaiian sunshine and drinking some POG juice! 😎

I miss you guys so much. I check in here waaaaay too much and am creepily stalking all you guys. Wishing, hoping and praying that you all get your THB’s soon!! I love you guys!!

*How far along are you? 7w4d

*Which birth month board/due date? Dec 19

*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Not sure yet. I keep thinking, "Well I have waited almost a year to have a successful pregnancy, if this is it I can handle another 7 months to find out what I am having." Then the realistic person in me comes out and says, "Nah Girl, you need to prepare!"

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Since we started the process a while ago with this we have both names pretty much solidified. Boy will be Elliott and girl will be Annelise (Annie)

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share?  My DH is an ER NP... I have taken a little advantage of him and made him take me up there to use their US machine. Its nice to see that sweet little heartbeat.

@nomangos23 I am so excited for you and your baby boy and @prpl11butterfly I cant wait to find out what you are having!

*How are you doing picking out a name? I thought we were good here but I'm wavering....I think we'll be going in with maybe 4 names (2 for each) and decide there.  

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I can't believe i'm actually in my 3rd trimester...i never thought this would happen.  Not sure if i have shared this here or not: the best thing in life is hearing MH telling people we are expecting.  Even now I'll overhear him on the phone and each time it makes my heart skip a beat.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? We had a 16 week U/S yesterday and they are concerned about babies size. Just another thing to add to my list of high risk issues.

*How are you doing picking out a name? His name is Antonio. We had it picked out years ago and have been talking to him lately using it.

Little man is rolling and kicking a lot now. Big kicks and big rolls. I just want to get to the part where he’s already here. We had a scare this past Sunday with abdominal pain which took the wind out of my sails mental health wise but only for a few days thank God. The read out at l&d showed a couple of random contractions so I’m on watch for preterm birth. If you pray, please pray for us. The good news was my cervix checked out fine. I just want him to stay in there as long as possible and do whatever it takes to deliver him safely. 

Thinking of you ladies here and sorry I’ve not kept in contact really lately. There has been some lurking but I don’t want to bug.

Also, for anyone who cares, Trader Joe’s half moon cookies taste like a chocolate glazed donut and is only 3g of fat. Now I want donuts.

*How far along are you? 19 weeks today, can’t believe I’m just about half way

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We’ve been terrible at coming up with names. MH is stuck on this one name and the more he keeps using it the more I hate it!

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? We’re going for our anatomy scan on Friday! I’m nervous but super excited to see him again. So far everything has been “text book.” I’m finally starting to show a little bit (still getting the questioning looks, like is she pregnant or just fat?). A couple weeks ago, when I realized that I do in fact have a little bump, reality finally sank in that this is really happening! Still seems so surreal.

I still creep on here all the time. I’m rooting so hard for you ladies!

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Dh has been pushing a particular boy name, which isn’t awful, but our last name makes it awful, but I hate it!  Otherwise, we aren’t really talking names yet.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share?  I just had my first ultrasound today, so I feel like I can finally breathe.  TW I have had things go bad much farther a long, but at least we know it isn’t a molar pregnancy and there was a Hb, so I feel much better.  end TW.   I miss you ladies so much and stalk you all the time!

*Team Pink/Blue/Green? We'll find out with NIPT results in ten days or so.

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We aren't even going to think about it until we get the NIPT results back.  I'm too nervous to go there yet.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Of course I'm super anxious for the NIPT results, given how our last pregnancy ended.  If that comes back low risk and the 12 week NT scan goes well, I may start to finally believe that this is happening!

We think we have a girl's name and thought we were settled on a boy's name, but DH was right (don't tell him!) I'm wavering on the boy's name. There is another name that I really like, but it is a distant relative's name and it may be weird to use it. I haven't told DH yet, as this just came up yesterday. 

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? we painted the nursery and the crib arrived. Feeling movement definitely helps to decrease the anxieties and worries.

I have struggled to post an update but this group was so helpful when we were TTC. I find myself coming back here to lurk and check to see how everyone is doing.  

*How long were you active on TTGP and when? August/September 2018

*How far along are you? 37 - YIKES

*Which birth month board/due date? May 2019

*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Blue

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We struggled, for a long time and we were convinced it was going to Baby Boy until he was 18 and then drop the Baby. We chatted about a bunch of names and  then one night a few weeks after the the initial name discussion we just agreed that one in particular was "just perfect". It also happened to be when my grandfather was in hospice and we wanted to share it with him before he passed - fortunately we were able to share it with him to make it and he's the only one that knows ;-) 

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I have this weird phobia about packing my hospital bag - like he wont come if I am not packed and since my work schedule is full until May 22 I am convinced that I should wait. However I did write out the list and have everything easily accessible should the bag need to be packed. Also one word of advice - don't listen to any negativity. Surround yourself with positive women who are positive about TTGP, pregnancy and parenthood. Block out all the comments of "you'll see" and "just wait" and "you don't need to ____" XOXO

@julwanderlust - This is only for members who were tagged up top. It allows current TTGP members to keep up with former members who were active and supportive for over 3 months. We haven’t really talked much about it yet! Things have been so busy lately and I’ve still been pretty tired so when we’re not doing something I’m usually sleeping.

we did our gender reveal two weeks ago and it was a fun day. It’s been hard going from having an US every week at the RE to be told we will only get three total at the OB so still adjusting to that and looking forward to the next one. I think of you all often especially my IF ladies. Sending love to you all.
