I am pregnant for the first time and I wanted to know whether there is anything to be done from my side that contribute to the natural'labour of my baby
Hi. Welcome. If you’d like to join in, check out the read this first post. Then, update your knottie user name so we can get to know you a little bit more.
As far as your question, I’d recommend research and learning as much as possible about the mechanics of labor. Taking childbirth classes at your hospital is a good place to start. You can also look for classes at a midwifery that will be focused on natural labor. The more you learn about interventions and options, the more you will have in your tool belt for a successful birth.
