R/R: Today is mine and DH's wedding anniversary! We're going to the restaurant where we had our reception to have dinner and celebrate. 💚 In other news, my neighbor's rooster is a jerk.
CS/Q: I am going to post this in the questions thread to get more eyes on it. FF says I O'ed on CD17 but I think it was more like CD19/20 based on my CM/CP. My OPKs were super dark all cycle so I am hesitant to rely on those. If I am 5dpo, then I am not sure if I should have a celebratory drink tonight.
R/R: So far I'm feeling nice and calm! My body is super sore from this crazy workout class I did yesterday morning. I love the feeling, but it definitely affected my sleep a bit last night I have a busy weekend coming up so I may not get around to bumping, but will try to pop in when I can!

@emeraldduchess I am inclined to say you O'd around 19/20 too. Keep temping because FF may straighten itself out once a few more temps are put in. That is what happened to me! My cross hairs changed 3x, but eventually settled on the O date that made most sense to the symptoms I was feeling at that time.

@emeraldduchess I'm going with O around CD 19 too. I think you're fine for a glass of wine or champagne, but I would skip the hard stuff just in case FF is right.
@puppylove8910 Ah, love that sore, post-workout feeling. I hope you have fun this weekend!

R/R: I have to work this weekend! But I'll be off Monday. Very excited and surprised that I actually woke up early wanting to go to my 6am yoga class today.
@emeraldduchess Happy anniversary! Definitely have a drink The workout class was this crazy kickboxing and weights class. I normally do kickboxing, but not like this. Haha!
@whitealbum29 Bummer about working this weekend, but glad you felt motivated for your yoga class! Morning workouts are always so tough to get too, but feel SO great afterwards.

I actually have a quick question! It seems like we have a really athletic group of ladies on the TTGP board which is so awesome. I'm just curious about your thoughts of high intensity workouts during the TWW? Part of what keeps me calm during the TWW is exercise so I am hoping it is ok!

@puppylove8910 Exercise increases blood flow to the uterus, so that's a good thing. As for HI workouts, I'm not sure. I run during the TWW and let my heart rate get crazy high, and *TW* it hasn't prevented implantation. *End TW*
@puppylove8910 **lurking from WTO** I agree with @ruby696 - unless you have some restriction from a doctor, staying the course with your usual workout routines is fine. I do a lot of HI stuff while TTC, but that's because what my body is used to.
@puppylove8910 if it's what you're used to, it's fine. I do crossfit and *tw* know plenty of women who have gotten KU doing that high intensity / heavy lifting stuff
Thanks ladies! That's what I figured. My body is used to HI workouts so I'll keep them up since they keep me sane!

I am jealous. @whitealbum29 Boo, sorry that you have to work this weekend. @puppylove8910 *TW* Pregnancy mentioned* I did HIT (Cardio Kickboxing class) 2-3x per week a few years ago, I did it during the TWW that I got pregnant and continued (modified) during pregnancy.
