Good morning, ladies! I'll tell ya, nothing ruins your Friday more than realizing it's only Thursday! 🤣 Although today feels a little like Friday because tomorrow is a half day for the students.
Month/Cycle: 9/8 (third cycle AL)
CD: 7
WAYDTGKU: Prenatal vitamins, Fertility Friend, temping, OPKs, cutting down on alcohol, Moontime tea, SMEP(ish) timing.
R/R: Listening to crime podcasts right before bed was probably not the best idea I have ever had. I think I will go back to history podcasts for bedtime.
@emeraldduchess I agree that keeping it boring before bedtime is sometimes the best bet! Also, it is awesome that you are cutting back on alcohol! That is so tough, especially with all of the triggers and temptations in our everyday lives!
I'm super proud that my hubby and I have been sober for nearly 4 years! We used to be really out of hand with our drinking.
Me: 38 DH:38. Dating Anniversary: 1999. Marriage Anniversary: 2001. TTC #1 since 3/2019
@flowntheloop That's so wonderful about you and YH with giving up alcohol!
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD: 20
WAYDTGKU: Metformin (for PCOS), Armour Thyroid (for Hashimoto's), PNVs, Vitamins B Complex, C, D, Kelp, Calcium, OPKs, Temping, FighterDiet, RLT, Black Cohosh, Vitex, FD Fight or Flight
R/R: It's a little chilly/dark here but I'll take it over the bitter cold days any day! I think it's a high of 54 degrees today so I'm going to take a walk on my breaks! Work has been absolutely insane but it's almost the weekend and we are staying at a friend's place and then going to a family thing on Sunday!
CS/Q: This is a rant but hey! I'm so angry at this cycle. Last cycle and the beginning of this cycle were super confusing and I was a bad girl and didn't temp as much as I should have because I was super bitter and salty about it all. But either way of when it started my LP was either super short or super long. Dang ovaries, get your crap together!
@emeraldduchess oh yeah... no. Def. no scary things before bed! Lol that would sooo mess with my dreams.
@brookert615 I thought for sure I was moving over today. So I so hear ya on just not knowing! I also missed about four days of temping which is not helping me out of course. Also.... love the gifs! Lol
WAYDTGKU: OvuSense Temping, PNV (I just got new ones and went back to the gummies...yum) Maca, fertiliTEA, supplements for DH, sperm friendly diet (for MFI)
R/R: rant... I loath OPKs cause I seem to get multiple positives in a cycle. Positive one day, negative the next two, then positive. I know I can have multiple surges and not ovulate, it’s just flipping frustrating. Buuut.. I don’t want to spend the $$ on the smiley OPks.
CS/Q
CS/Q: U..G..L..Y It ain’t got no alibi, it’s Ugly. And looks gapped tooth. (This is my OvuSense temper that which I received 3 cycles ago, hence why is says cycle three on top.
R/R: still no test results BUT work has been nuts so that has made the week days fly by, which means a day closer to finally getting the results.
CS/Q: posting so everyone can laugh at how ridiculous this chart is... but really, if I post it, I'll feel more motivated to get back to tracking to figure out where the hell my body is at in this cycle
@emeraldduchess I don't know why your 97.18 comment made me laugh but I snorted a little at my desk. Sorry it's only Thursday. If it makes you feel any better, I def. thought it was Wednesday so I'm pleasantly surprised that it isn't, lol. @kerco925 hoping you get some clearer answers soon! Sorry you're in cycle limbo waiting for something to happen. Do you check CP and track CM too? @flowntheloop wow, 4 years! That's awesome. Good for you! @brookert615 girl, you know you're always welcome here. Sorry your chart is ... well, off the charts. Have to applaud your HIO streak this month though! That's super frustrating, it does look like an an-o cycle so far. Very appropriate GIF, btw.
Month/Cycle: 16/13
CD: 7
WAYDTGKU: PNVs, BBT/RHR, CM, Vit C/D/B12, Omega 3s, CoQ10, Metformin, Ovasitol, PCOS/low carb diet, no caffeine, HIO, softcups, letrozole + TI
R/R: Rant: I'm not sure why I've been so crabby lately. Maybe stress. Possibly hormones (but I feel like that's a weak excuse). I'm feeling very bitter at the universe lately, mostly on behalf of my poor fiance who feels like he just can't catch a break and isn't meant to be a dad. My heart is broken for him, and I'm lashing out in other ways, like road rage. Also feeling very ragey about the stupid TB ads with the baby bump exercises and whatever else they play on a loop. GO AWAY.
Rave: My honey is coming to have lunch with me today. He got home super late last night after the ball game and dinner, like 3 hours later than he said he'd be, and I was pretty bummed that I got left behind to take care of the dog (ok that wasn't the real reason, it was an afternoon game and I couldn't take more time off work). He also did the cutest thing in bed last night that made me cry... I had shut down a little not wanting to talk about what's been on my mind so he spent a little while trying get a reaction out of me, which usually consists of nipple pinching, wedgies or tickling. I had my head buried in his chest and he started stroking my [ring] finger so when I pulled back to ask him wtf he was doing he grinned and said "just practicing for the wedding". *heart explodes* I dunno how I'm going to get through the ceremony without bawling, I can't even talk about it without welling up.
CS/Q: Not much to see yet, but my temps have been starting out a little higher each cycle. Is that weird? I assumed it had something to do with the letrozole.

@kiki047 Thanks girl! Sorry you and YF have been down lately. I totally agree about the ads! Enjoy your lunch, sounds like fun! Don't you just love those cute moments?!
@brookert615 - I'm sorry your cycle has been so frustrating.
@madcouplewithabox - That's hard having random positive opks. I'm going to use more opks this cycle to see if I have the same problem. I get random patches of EWCM throughout my cycle. I use a mix of cheap and advance opks. I wait until my cheap opks get darker and then use my advance opks. It helps the expensive opks last longer (I use around 1-2 a cycle right now). However, as I type this I realize that might not work for you. Sorry!
@chichiphin - I'm sorry you don't have the test results, but I'm glad the days are flying by.
@kiki047 - I wish they had different ads for this board too.

R/R: Rant & Rave: Went to the gym yesterday. Lifted weights for the first time in several months. I definitely feel sore today and I get to do it again tomorrow. I'll just be walking on a treadmill tonight.
@madcouplewithabox I gave up on OPKs for that reason. Too frustrating. I also have terrible aim and pee everywhere and was just tired of cleaning up after myself Sorry you're still in the dark about what's going on. @chichiphin I've been a bad lurker lately and kept meaning to check to see if you got your results. I guess this answers it. I hope you hear back soooon! @brookert615 I live for those cute moments! Gah!

@flowntheloop congratulations to you and your H on 4 years sober. I am not a big drinker to begin with, but I decided to cut down my consumption to a glass or two of wine on the weekends and no hard liquor unless I am going out and want s fancy drink with dinner. DH has cut down on beer, too. @spacemountaineer good for you for lifting weights again. I have basically been living on the treadmill and I need to get back to the weight circut. @kiki047 enjoy lunch with your honey today! I agree with you about the ads on TB here. The Beyonce clip makes me want to scream. @chichiphin I'm sorry you still don't have your results. The Moontime tea is good, basically tastes like peppermint tea, which I like a lot more than plain red raspberry leaf tea. It also has nettle and red clover in it. It might do absolutely nothing for my fertility, but it's something warm and comforting to sip on. @madcouplewithabox I got halfway through the podcast and realized it was a terrible idea to keep listening. I have the same experience with OPKs, so I rely more on cm. @brookert615 don't feel silly, I've gone over to the TWW early before too. It happens. I'm in a fight with my ovaries at the moment, too. @kerco925 hope those OPKs get darker! Glad you didn't miss O.
WAYDTGKU: OPKs and BBT. RE appointment tomorrow. Thinking about just not doing anything supplement wise, etc. this month other than PNV, maybe EPO since I hardly have any CM
R/R: I finally belong here! I'm sad, but after yet AnOtHeR 15 day LP I'm just glad to move on. Good grief. Of course now I'm cramping like a mofo and not to be too graphic but there's a lot going on. Good ol AF always kicking me in the face when I'm down lol.
CS/Q: nope. getting my new BBT today or tomorrow from Amazon (along with a "worth the wait" onesie, I needed a little hope boost)!
@emeraldduchess I hate every day that's not Friday! We're almost there! LOL to the 97.18 comment. How do you like the moontime tea? (saw you answered this later - I will have to try it!)
@brookert615 hellooooo! I'm sorry for the annoying AF cycle. Sounds like a nice day, I hope you were able to get some walks in!
@madcouplewithabox ooo which gummies? I'm doing the smarty pants one and really like them. They make me want fruit snacks all the time. I'm sorry for the OPK frustration.
@chichiphin cmoooon test results! I hope you get them soon!
@kiki047 sending you and YF all the hugs. I know it has been rough on you guys. So cute about the ring and for your temps...I don't know? global warming? haha
@B_1029 ugghhh, so sorry for CD1. Hugs right back atcha. I really hope you get to use that onesie soon, and that it brings you that little bit of luck you need. GL with the RE tomorrow!! // also, bahaha @ global warming. Maybe it's my inner rage.

@brookert615 I was so confused before why you had posted over here. Now that I've read it I understand!
@chichiphin it's the most beautiful chart I have ever seen! 🤣 Hope you get your results soon!!
@kiki047 YF sounds like MH with the whole "maybe I'm not meant to have kids" BS. But OMG that was such a sweet thing for him to say! FYI I got choked up after walking down the aisle (epic music gives me feels) and DH whipped out a tissue and dabbed my eyes and it's one of my favorite wedding pictures!
@b_1029 GL at your RE appointment! I hope you leave it feeling good about your future!

@emeraldduchess yay for half day work day on Friday! & I am also trying to cut down alcohol @kerco925 I trust OPK more than temp shift! @flowntheloop good job on keeping sober! MH doesn't drink, but sometimes I crave for a cocktail.. @brookert615 hope you have a relaxing weekend! @madcouplewithabox that's confusing OPK result... maybe there are some less sensitive OPK strip that can tell you what your actual peak is? @chichiphin hope you get the test results soon! @kiki047 wow that's so sweet of YH!! @spacemountaineer Good job girl! @inthewoods23 d'awww at the tissue! My dress has pockets and it's a running joke that I'm going to have one full of kleenex and the other full of snacks. @spacemountaineer I third the Easy@Home BBT. I have one too and love it. Their customer service is also great, when I thought the battery had died they just sent me a whole new thermo, no questions asked. Turns out it wasn't the battery, so now I have two lol. @littlesheep123 that's exciting about the IUI, how are you feeling about that? @emeraldduchess - hahah that WILL ruin your Friday! Good that you get some early freedom tomorrow afternoon! @flowntheloop - wow congrats to you and your H! That is such an accomplishment. SO gave it up entirely for about 12 years and only recently started having a small glass of wine occasionally and I'm also a super light drinker (teeny glass of wine a couple times a week maybe) after both of us partied way too hard in our 20s...25 year old me would be shocked at how much I enjoy never being hungover and actually being able to get things done on weekends! @madcouplewithabox - I hear ya, I just got three "high" days that I know are BS and then a low day today. Just be negative until I'm about to O!! @brookert615 - ugh sorry things are confusing!! I hope everything gets cleared up in the next couple days! @kiki047 - So sorry you and DF are having a rough time but that is such a sweet moment! It's so nice to still have those in the middle of all the stress! @b_1029 - I'm sorry about day 1! I felt that way about my last cycle, like can we just move on please! CS/Q: nope. I might start temping again just so I don't feel left out.
OPK was lighter today. Ugh... it was very close to positive a few days ago. So I either O'd without a temp shift (I would think is unlikely) or I am not ovulating this cycle. Or maybe I will ramp up again. In my years of charting, this has never happened to me.
@b_1029 one of the main ones from Walmart lol I just couldn’t with the pills anymore. If I’m gonna keep taking them, I freaking want something fun! Totally understand the need for a pick me up... the onsie is such a sweet idea❤️
@littlesheep123 good luck with your IUI. It’s always a nice feeling to feel like your making steps towards something!
@spacemountaineer way to go with the weights! I need to get back into some form of exercise and always admire those who just do it. Here is hoping your OPK experience is different and actually helpful to you.

CD: 1

So cute about the ring
@spacepiraterunner good job getting back to the gym! It hurts so good!

& I am also trying to cut down alcohol
@kerco925 I trust OPK more than temp shift!

Sorry about the profile pic, I have a love/hate relationship with social media for that reason. Ugh.

I hope the onesie brings you some good luck!
@inthewoods23 - that does sound like a super sweet wedding pic!
@littlesheep123 - that's exciting that you're starting IUI!
