I just wanted to check out who all have done ERA, what are the pros and cons
I wanted to know more about it, the process i am aware of (theoretically!) but want to know what to expect to feel

Hi and welcome! This would be a great question for the Great Question Thread pinned at the top. When you get a few moments please through the "Read First" thread. It explains how our board is organized . One off posts like this one are discouraged because it clutters the board.
