Tugging/pulling top of stomach.

I am having this crazy tugging/pulling/ tingle/numb feeling at the top of my stomach under my breast.I knows its just because of the growing but I've had it ever since I started showing but I cant find anything on it. My question is has anyone found relief for this? I cant turn at night without it tugging so hard it wakes me up and now it effects me throughout the day. I am not sure if I should ice it or heat it or if I should try the KT tape on it. Anyone have advice, its getting worse!

Try small meals and lots of sips of water through the day, maybe it will give you space somit
