Ok, so I have been having sex dreams like crazy. Last night, for example, I had a dream that I took over a failing grocery store with a coworker. The place was half empty and everything that was there was expired. Boring, I know. Then, randomly in the middle of the dream, she goes down on me! I, of course, had to return the favor (sarcasm) and then we went back to saving the grocery store Chef Ramsy style. 

I have no attraction to this woman and am very satisfied sexually, but that's where my preggo brain went in the back room of a grocery store. 

Random sexual encounters with random people (often strangers) has been a recurring theme to my pregnancy dreams. Anyone else?

Ugh, still on Pelvic rest, and have had sex dreams almost nightly since being put on it. Random strangers, exes, hubby and threesomes... I really really miss sex right now. My very best bullet is gathering dust

And of course I wake up right before I come. 🤬 making me so damn cranky!

I am also having crazy sex dreams. Mostly with girls AND exes. If I mentioned this to my husband he would FLIP. But I had an actual orgasm in my sleep one night with a dream with a girl. It was crazy! one of the best in my life though and I wasn’t even being touched? How does that work 😂

I have had some fantastic dreams ending in orgasm. So good. Just not lately. 

And not afraid to say have had some really intense and fun times with DH and another girl and damn... the energy and orgasm are fucking fantastic. I miss it.

I have had zero sex drive. I have tried some sexy time with my hubby but it does nothing for me. But when i have at it alone, its it's great.  I dont know what it is? It wasnt like this with baby #1. And to make it weirder,  i have to do it watching porn, which i never had to before and it must be lesbian porn. I dont know who i am turning  into

@bartonolivia an orgasm without being touch is quite a feat! You should definitely explore that more. Also, when you say your husband would flip, is that a good thing or not? My DH loves talking about sex with me! We've explored some crazy shit together simply because one of us had a wild hare! If you think his reaction would be even a little bit positive, talk to him! It's so worth it!

I'm legit mourning the fact that our sex toys will have to be put up when LO starts roaming. It was fun to have a cabinet with all our naughty things. It just won't be the same... much like our sex life. Ugh, sometimes the whole parenting thing doesn't sound fun... lol

H and I are high school sweethearts (been together over 14yrs). Communicating and exploring together has always been a priority for us. Even after 4, almost 5 kids, we still have a pretty amazing sex life.

I had a good run of sex dreams and being super into it a couple of weeks ago, but seems to have dried up again.  
we’re both super ready for that second trimester horny to kick in. 
Pretty sure I had my first ever sleeping orgasm a couple weeks ago- Michael B Jordan showed up out of nowhere. Damn. 

In general we’be become a bit more vanilla over time, I need to think about putting some extra effort back into that area of our relationship.

I haven't been into sex at all for weeks but I read Outlander recently and holy fuck.....(yes the show is good but the book is ALWAYS BETTER mmmm).

OK this is changing the topic, but can I ask why it's so bad for kids to curse? I say fuck like every other word and I can't imagine that changing bc a little person is copying me. And telling them they're adult words or some shit just feels dumb. Also think it's kinda cute when toddlers curse 😂 This kid is gonna be a total potty mouth 😣

@quinniebear My main problem I have with it is at school...at least around here.. school will not think it's funny and it's asking for trouble My toddler was getting in trouble for saying "poopy butt" to everything, so we've really been having to clean up his talk lol

@quinniebear I actually don't mind so much when my boys curse. But yeah, in school they will get in trouble, so we discuss appropriate times for language.

Zero sex drive and it sucks ass. It hasn’t helped that I’ve been super sick for 8 weeks. I’m ready for our sex life to come back! I want to feel better!

@quinniebear I have a horrible mouth and despite my best efforts I can't curb it. My boys have picked up a few words but I usually just remind them to know their audience and that until they are older they really shouldn't use it mostly because I know it can and will slip at inappropriate times and little brothers will think it's OK.

So now my two older boys have made of their own words to use to replace ones they hear from me. 🤣

I have had to work hard to curb my language. Earlier this year, DS and I were watching The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and when the butterfly came out of the cocoon he exclaimed "WHAT THE FUCK?!" He wasn't even 4 yet. I know that was from hearing me. 

Since then we've been working on good fun sounding alternatives like "darnit", "what in the world" or "oh my gosh/golly" or focusing more on feelings. I don't really care about curse words but I think it can lessen a child's ability to express themselves well if they get too accustomed to using them early on. To me, it's a difference of saying "shit!" or "ugh, that really frustrated me" and teaching my kid to recognize their emotions over using colorful words.

I love this thread lol. My two year old's nerf gun got jammed the other day and he said "what the fuck". I asked what he said and he shrugged and said "I said what the fuck". I had no idea what to say. Whoops. 😂

When I was a teacher, I never cussed. Once I got away from that, I adopted a potty mouth. There have been times DH has told me to tone it down. I won't be quite so bad when LO arrives, but I know I'll cuss. I just want to teach my child that there is a time and a place for everything.

Also DH is a huge fan of metal and rap so LO will be exposed to some colorful language from the music in our home.

@cindler hahahahaha being a teacher brings my potty mouth out more! I have to seriously watch myself at school, so once the students are gone - fuck it!

I’m a teacher and my language has always sucked.  I can regulate it at school, but forget about it at home.  My kids are used to it and surpringly have great language.  Although if my older daughter said a bad word she would say she learned it from me.

I totally agree with @mamanbebe - the reason I don’t encourage cursing is because I think it can stunt the development of descriptive language. That being said, I also have some very creative uses for swearing, so take the above with a grain of fucking salt. Lol

I also have zero sex drive right now and would rather finish my fiancé off as quickly as possible than be touched myself. I’m normally a very sexual person so I’m hoping 2nd tri will bring my desire back!

Midwife said firmly into my second trimester. Probably at my next appointment end of January, but I may call in a week or 2 and see if we can lift it early. I enjoy giving s good blow job but I'm tired of not getting my fun in return.

@xtinecatherine lol 🙋‍♀️ honest to goddess I truly enjoy it. I get to focus on DH and his needs, hear his breathing change, the way he tenses up... I really love it. The rest of the time he is focused on me (also super hot) and so and I, so I miss those subtle signs.
