Does anybody have a tinea versicolor while pregnant?

I have this skin rash even before I get pregnant but now that I'm pregnant it spreads rapidly all over my neck and now seems like going to my face as well. And it looks very patchy, its dark and very very itchy! I have it worst on my back but I have it all over my breast as well. Its really frustrating. I'm planning to breastfeed so it's concern me as well. I have a check up with my GP tomorrow for it but I want to ask other mommy's out there, what tested and proven way you have tried when you have tinea while pregnant? Did it bothers you? Did it affect your baby? Thanks a lot in advance!
