Some days i dont have any symtpoms???im nervous

Im 7 weeks 4 day pregnant due may 19th 2019... My 5th and 6th week i felt nauseaous but never really  threw up. So now my 7 th week i feel fine so far no nausea no tired feeling really. I still have sore breast .. Im kind of worried, is this normal for symptoms to come and go... Maybe im jus nervous because my very  first pregnancy i was having syptoms and one day they jus stopped then when i went for ultrasound to find out i was pregnant with twins and they didnt have a heart beat.... Im just so scared its going to happen again. I pray everything is ok

Im so sorry for your previous loss.  Please join us in the Symptoms thread.  And yes,  you can have symptoms go away for a little while and then come back.  Try not to stress.

You may want to check out the PGAL check in. There are a bunch of us who have experienced losses and we talk about our symptoms/fears/questions. Just so you know that may be a better spot to discuss this. But welcome.
