4 week old hates to be swaddled

My 4 week old hates to be swaddled.  When we try to swaddle she squirms and fights to keep her arms free.  Once swaddled she grunts and fights to free her arms and will start crying until free.  Anyone else have this issue?

    Try swaddling with arms free?

    Some babies aren't swaddlers. I'd just roll with it and not swaddle her. We only swaddled our daughter three or four times. She didn't love it, and it just didn't seem to do much.
