@ashh2018 totally normal, I feel them every day pretty much. And they can last for a while! It's a good sign that baby is practicing breathing/sucking/swallowing.

Absolutely this. Mine also gets them every day (2-3 times a day). Super weird feeling (and visual of my belly) but a good sign that they're getting ready to use their lungs on the outside.
I'm boiling my bottles, nipples and soothers for the first time and they came out all cloudy. I assume it's my water and the minerals in it. For first time use can I just wash with soap and water and try the microwave to sterilize? All the instructions say to boil but everything is coming out cloudy.
@mrsman2018 if you have hard water, that’s probably why they’re coming out cloudy. Soap and water will likely do the same. I use a little white vinegar on mine when I hand wash them and it takes the cloudiness right out. When they go in the dishwasher, we just dump a bit of vinegar in the base of the machine before turning it on. There are mixed recommendations about sterilization and plastics right now anyway. The CDC is all for it and AAP is opposed to it since the heat might release extra chemicals from the plastic
