Re: TTCAL W/O 8/13

  • AMH was 1.67 which the fertility doctor said on phone consult earlier is good for my age.
  • Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: number of loss(es), when you had the loss(es), diagnosis/conditions surrounding loss, etc.

PPROM at 19w6d still born at 20w on 6/9/18

    Status: WTO

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with this week? What is going well for you this week? R/R?  just trying to ease back onto the boards sometimes it helps sometimes its way too much

Any testing coming up/any recent results? first time using opk's fingers crossed for a positive in the next day or two

GTKY: <inspired by my FB feed today> Are you team pumpkin spice, and is August to soon? all the pumpkin spice stuff tastes so artificial to me gross.. however it doesn't stop me from trying whatever now comes in pumpkin spice this year

  • @troystory17 Sorry you're back here and for your loss. My heart aches for you. Good luck with your OPKs. It took a while for me to get the hang of them (i.e. when to use them, what a true positive looks like, etc) but once I got the hang of it, they're really helpful :)
  • @troystory17 I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope being back on the boards can help.
  • @troystory17 I am so sorry for your loss and sad you are back here. I have been in and out a lot the last year for the same reasons. I hope the support helps you here though.

One of my little guys was also stillborn at 22 weeks. My inbox is always open if you want to chat.

  • Welcome @antera23, I'm so sorry for your loss.  I'm glad to hear that the hospital staff made the experience a little more bearable.  Feel free to share your full story if you feel comfortable, it can be healing to write it out/share it.   If you think it might be too much for people you can always put it in a spoiler.

I'm so sorry for your difficult loss @troystory17, I can't imagine how heartbreaking that was.  I understand what you mean about the boards sometimes being great and other times it's hard to be here.  There's no participation rules around here so jump in when you feel like you can :)

People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.
