Instead of unpacking boxes, I'm shopping online for stickers for my car. Totally getting this one because I love bees.

My fffc is that last night we ordered pizza for dinner and i *whoops* got 2 instead of one because i neeeeeded to have a white pizza and a mushroom/banana pepper one lol. And we had an entire pizza left over that I have been munching on all day.
Second fffc is that I keep looking at the pics of our new house getting suuuuuper stoked and finding new stuff i'm excited about. Annnnd possibly updating our registry now that we will have a ton more space!
@morgantu I love that Mouse Rat onesie, haha! I'm so excited for you guys and your new casa

@morgantu Love that onsie! And planning for your new house is soo exciting.
In the spirit of packing away all our crap so our house looks good so I can sell it, I packed up half of DD’s toys while she was napping and put them in storage. Every kid’s nightmare! Lol I felt really bad about it but she didn’t even notice when she got up.
Most of my work hours this week have been consumed by googling ideas and shopping for DD's new big girl bedroom. I'm obsessed and can't decide on a theme/color scheme!
Also, a more flameworthy confession. I'm super judgy when it comes to cigarette smokers. The gal in the office adjacent to me is a chain smoker and takes a million breaks a day. She comes back to her office and coughs for a couple minutes straight. In my head, I'm saying "go have another effing cigarette." I feel the same way about my brother when he has his coughing fits. I watched my Grandpa deteriorate from Emphysema, so smoking is so incredibly gross to me...even though I love all the smokers in my life.
@morgantu I would do it anyway! My personal rules are #1 Buy nice matching hangers (mine are the fuzzy kind to hold strappy shirts, DH’s are nice wood), and #2 “kind for kind - one in, two out.” Usually I go over our closets after I’ve bought clothes - so if I buy him pants (that he likes) then I donate two pairs of the least-worn bottoms. When I buy a new blouse, I donate two of my own least-worn blouses. Rules don’t apply to underwear, and undershirts! I’m lucky though DH likes that I shop for him, and doesn’t mind when things disappear - so I don’t tell him what I donate and he’s happy.

@echo-charlietango my h is so good at doing what you describe. If he needs some clothing he will buy what he needs and go through and donate the items he doesn’t think he will use anymore. I don’t buy often, because I have a hard time getting rid of things. So I end up with clothes that are not in style (I never buy trendy, so its not that bad) that have sentimental attachment for me. I will go through every once in a while, but I’m so frugal with that it’s hard.
@echo-charlietango, @Activebaby my H is not. He is one of those "but what if we need that" or "But i like that" kind of people, even if he doesn't use the stuff. I was trying to go through his video games for what makes the move (or to storage for now) and what gets donated and he wanted to keep them all! He literally only plays one game. Then i tried to move on to the kitchen where he has multiple sets of canisters, big beer steins that never get used and aren't nice, and just random junk his mom gave him when he was living in apartments. The ONE THING he was willing to let go (before I bullied him into way more stuff) was one of those blue cookie tins (that grandmas keep sewing stuff in). It was ridiculous. I'm much more of a purge everything kind of girl.
@morgantu OMG I feel your pain! SO is exactly the same way. We literally have BOXES full of his junk from middle school he still won't part with. I don't know where any of it will fit in the new house.
