Hey, Mama's! Not sure how many of you out there have KILLER heartburn like I do but I wanted to let you in on a little "trick" I just discovered to help soothe it...warm water. That's it. Slowly drinking a glass of warm water. Not scalding or anything, just lukewarm. It worked almost immediately! I've chewed tums, sipped vinegar, slept propped up. Man, I wish I would have known this last time I was pregnant. Anyways! I hope this effortless remedy helps you too! ♥️
