I went to the physical therapist yesterday for something unrelated and I had to lie on my stomach for a while when she did some testing exercises. It wasnt very comfortable and now I'm worried I hurt the baby. Any reassurance or helpful advice?
None of us are doctors here so we can’t give medical advice. That said, baby is very well cushioned in there and is most likely fine. Many people on this board are still sleeping on their stomachs at this point. If you have pain or cramping or bleeding go to your doctor. If you are super worried about it, call your doctor and ask them.

Agreed with @rosebud332 The babies are very well insulated at this point, and likely received no harm from what you did. I doubt you will be back to read this though
You didn’t say how far along you are either, so I can’t see how much help we’d be. I’m at 14 weeks and still sleeping on my stomach part of the night. My doctor told me to start to learn to sleep on my side at week 16. If the physical therapist knew you are pregnant and they are ok with the procedure they did then it should be ok. If you are worried, so your doctor/midwife. Please change your username.
