Fletcher, Tobias or Roland?

Having a lot of trouble committing to a first name for this baby boy. With DD, I had a long list but DH had such a strong reaction to one name that that decided it right there and we didn't do any more deliberating. Every time I think I've decided, I start second guessing myself. 
So, 
Fletcher  (nn Fletch, which I love)
Tobias  (nn Toby)
Roland  (nn ?? Ro? Rollo? undoubtedly Roly Poly                   when he's a chubby baby )

What are your impressions of these names?
Surname is J-----son. Sibling is Adelaide (nn Lady.)

I like Adelaide but don’t really like any of these very much.  I’d pick Tobias nn Toby. I don’t really like surnames (Fletcher) and Roland just feels old man to me.

I'm not into nicknames at all, and you seem to be, but I like Tobias best and Roland least. What about Lucas/Luke?

I like Adelaide but am not crazy about the boy names you've listed. Tobias is ok, but nn Toby sounds like a dog name to me. Fletcher is to sharp sounding to me and Roland sounds like a little old man and not in a cute way. How about:

I work with a man whose last name is Fletcher, he likes it so much that he just goes by it. He gets so many compliments on it.

@jmandtmbaby Lucas/Luke is wayyyy too common for our taste. (Prefer something not in the top 200, definitely not top 100.)
@nerdtoyourmother Thatcher is also on my list DH prefers Fletcher. (An arrow maker is cooler than a roofer. lol) 
@cantrellja Can't believe you find Roland too old man, but not Barnaby!? lol Sebastian has gotten super popular (Bastian was a top choice previously.) I like Matthias but DH pronounces it with a Hispanic accent and finds it too ethnic. Nathaniel is way too common/boring for my taste. Thaddeus is cool but the "thad" sound kind of bothers me. Edmund is handsome and on my list. Theodore is another I like but is too popular.

Felix (My favorite, DH is not on board.)
Ronan (Roland replaced this as Ronan, Roman and         Rowan have become pretty popular.)
Asher (DH isn't a fan and it's become way too                      popular.)

I actually like all of these. 

I used to work with a guy named Roland nickname Rollie - pronounced like Raleigh the city.  Definitely suited him and never seemed odd.  Just to throw out another potential nickname.

ETA: although I like them all, I like the sound of Lady and Fletch together better than Lady and Toby or Lady and Roly

My great grandfather's name was Rollie. I think it's nice as a nn for Roland.

I love Fletcher and Tobias! Think Fletcher would be my first choice, Tobias second and Roland third. Really can't go wrong in my opinion but love the idea of NN Fletch.

Like Raleigh. I think Roe-ley wouldn't be the best nickname, haha. However I think you could get away with the different o sound for nickname purposes.

@theglitteredpterodactyl That's where I first saw the name when I was in elementary school and it's been in the back of my mind since then! Although I think I only read one of the books.
