Hi, I’m looking to connect with other vegan moms/moms-to-be to chat about nutrition and lifestyle during pregnancy and post partum. I was vegan for a year before I got pregnant with my first. Since the pregnancy was unexpected, I hadn’t researched nutritional info so I went ovo-lacto with some occasional salmon while pregnant since it was what I craved. After weaning I went back to a vegan diet. My LO is now 2.5 and I’m about to TTC in the next few months. I’d love to stay vegan this pregancy but want to make sure I do some good research first. The health of my future baby is my #1 priority. I would love to connect and share ideas!
