GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why?

R/R: Sorry for being MIA the last couple days! I took Sunday to chill and yesterday DH had a sore throat and was miserable all day.  So of course no HIO last night. flashing smiley started so he needs to get it together!

CS/Q: nothing to see here!

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I would like to be able to do a lot of things, but I think I really want to be able to run a 10K (and i'm working on that) as well as learn Swedish. My family emigrated from Sweden more than a few generations back, but I have always wanted to learn.

R/R: I got to sleep in this morning, which was much needed, so that was nice. Now I just have to get up the nerve to move the cat off my lap so I can go to work.

CS/Q: Nope. I want to start temping again this cycle, but I'm out of the habit and keep forgetting.

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I'd like to learn how to make bread well. And I also like learning languages and would love to learn German.

R/R: This week is turning out to be busier than I had thought/wanted. Tonight after working a full day, I have a training meeting for my 2nd job that will last until at least 9. Rave though is that I bought MH a old timey popcorn machine due to a promotion at work and we set it up last night. Yummmm

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I would love to learn more about our government/politics. I hate politics partially due to the fact I am confused/unfamiliar with a lot of things.

@kobrien827 - yummy, popcorn! I'm with you on hating politics. Everything seems to be a spin game and it makes it so confusing.

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I like learning and a personal goal of mine (that will never be accomplished) is to become a professional student just acquiring degree after degree. At the moment I would love to take a class on weaving on a large loom.

R/R: just trying to get through the rest of the week - got confirmation from HR that things are moving on asshole bosses and something should happen in the next two weeks. I will be traveling out of town Mon&Tue next week and I’m really hoping I’ll come back to major change.

CS/Q: nah other than the fact that I really need to get my N&C on this weekend because FW according to FF is exactly when I’m out of town!

GTKY: This is kinda personal but I really can’t think of anything else, I’d love to learn how my mother and my grandmother’s relationship was. Because my mom was not a good mom, and she talks shit about grandma (who has passed, and everyone else sees her as a saint) so I wanna know where this stems from to possibly get an idea of why my mom is like she is. Also, I’d love to know what it’s like to have siblings because I envy people who do!

R/R: Rant:I only got about 5 hours of sleep last night because I decided to wait up for MH to get home to HIO. I’m exhausted!! I can’t wait to go to bed and it’s only noon lol. It will be a two-cups-of-coffee type of day. Rave: I had a busy morning.  I have been working on a stupid project for almost a month now that has kept me sitting at my desk.  This morning I got back into the lab and it felt so good!  Luckily I’m almost done with the project.

I also sent a message to my OB to get a referral place to see a neurologist.  I asked her her opinion on my ibuprofen use and she doesn’t think that it’s linked to us not getting KU. I’m kinda bummed. I was hoping that we could put a finger on something we’re doing wrong (there’s still a chance that she’s wrong tho). She did however suggest trying a fertility massage… um ok! Doctors orders. I guess I HAVE to now, right!?

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I have a minor in French, but I haven’t spoken it in almost 10 years… I would really love to be fluent in it. I get giddy when I hear someone speaking it (it was originally my major when I first entered college).

@LJMoon6 - fertility massage FTW! Yes, doctor's orders, you need to schedule one now we'll have to compare notes. I'm a big fan of massages in general so I'm curious to see how this compares. I'm a bit dubious about the castor oil pack but whatever, I'll give it a shot.

AFM, I think the myo-inositol is making me gassy. It better be doing wonders for my ovaries. Otherwise, no update. Just WFAF. I keep squeezing my boobs and I can't tell if they hurt because I ovulated or they hurt because I'm squeezing them I need to calm down.

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I'd love to learn how to make really good Indian food. I've mastered many other cuisines but Indian eludes me. Every time I make something it ends up tasting watery and bland, not like the rich, vibrant flavors I love when I go to an Indian restaurant. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, unless the recipes I'm selecting are just too American or something.

GTKY: What would you most like to learn and why? I would love to learn another language, at this point almost any other language. I learned to crochet last year and I keep trying to learn more and more to pull me out of my beginner-ness

@kobrien827 Agree, have been trying to learn more about politics we have our election at the end of last year and I made maximum effort to actually make an informed decision with my vote. Man it is dry sometimes though.

@caybb352 My workmate just got a small loom and I am so tempted.

@Stargazer1lily We were supposed to get the tail of a cyclone yesterday but it seems to have skipped us by, hopefully the bad weather skips you too.
