R/R: Rant: No rants today! Rave: It's just me in the office today so it's super quiet! Sometimes I like these days!

CS/Q: Has anyone ever had an HSG? I am terrified of the procedure and just terrified of receiving bad news. Trying to stay positive though..

GTKY: Have you ever met anyone famous? Mike "The Situation" from Jersey Shore haha. I'm pretty excited for the reunion they have coming up!

R/R: Monday and I'm so busy! Finally getting a break to catch up with you ladies. Short week this week, I am taking Thursday off since my sister is getting engaged! Her fiance to be is so nervous trying to make it perfect but I think she has an idea whats going on. We'll see!

GTKY: Have you ever met anyone famous? Going along with @meladams10, I met Ronnie from Jersey Shore when we was at a bar in my city. He was not very friendly unfortunately. I have also met Taylor Kinney and David Eigenberg when I did some extra work for the TV show Chicago Fire. Taylor is just as attractive in real life and David was so nice!

@kobrien827 That's so exciting that your sister's getting engaged! How is he proposing?! That's crazy that Ronnie wasn't very friendly... he seems like he would be!

@meladams10 He is taking her to her favorite place in the city. I am going to be in the background (hopefully she doesnt see me!) so I can witness it then going to dinner with both families. 

I thought he would be friendly too but I think he was there for pleasure, not promoting anything so maybe he was sick of everyone coming up to him??

My grandpa was in politics so I’ve met the Clintons, Bob Dole, Ruth Bader Ginsberg and some lesser known senators and congressman.

It has been so slow around here!! I feel like it was just a couple weeks ago there were 50+ comments on the WTO thread before 10am! What the heck happened?! I guess it is a holiday today.

@meladams10 FX you figure out what’s going on with your cycles soon. It sucks not knowing.

@kobrien827 That’s so sweet that you’re included in the engagement! Hopefully it can be a surprise!

@coco2787 I hate when there’s a wardrobe malfunction at work! At least you can somewhat hide it.

R/R: So after my acupuncture appointment on Friday I got another migraine. I decided I’m not getting anything from it and I would much rather spend my money on a massage lol. So I canceled my appointment for this week.  In other news, MH has been super frisky the last couple days, which is very odd for him. I want to keep it at EOD because otherwise I know he’ll get burned out. He’s on afternoons this week so he won’t get home till after 10. And since I wake up at 4:45am I’m usually in bed by 8:30. I told him to wake me up went he gets home… I’m just hoping my lack of sleep won’t give me more headaches.

CS/Q: What would you guys do?... I probably won’t O till this weekend, the very earliest would be Friday I’m guessing, but it could be as late as next Wednesday.  Would you sacrifice your sleep for BD EOD or wait and start HIO Thursday night (since I don’t work on Fridays)? I’m leaning towards sacrificing the sleep… cause I mean I’m going to have to get used to the lack of sleep at some point if this TTC crap works out, right?!

@LJMoon6 I agree! Maybe everyone is enjoying a 3 day weekend! I work for a hospital so, no holidays for us! I think you should definitely BD EOD as much as possible and sacrifice the sleep. It does get tiring, but at least you know you're giving it all you got!

GTKY: Have you ever met anyone famous? I live in LA so yeah, haha. Uhm, Jacob Zachar from Greek, Kristen Bell, Teri Hatcher, Sophia Bush, Ed Westwick, Marcus Foster, Kevin Hart, the whole main cast of Shadowhunters and lots of my favorite authors (I think they count, lol) like Cassandra Clare, Veronica Roth, Victoria Aveyard. And I’m probably forgetting someone.

WAYDTGKU: Prenatals, Myo-Inositol, NAC, and Mediterranean diet. Prepping for IUI

R/R: I've got tender tits! Maybe I ovulated. Now just gotta wait for AF and get the show on the road. The RE said last Wednesday that I had an 18 mm follicle prepping to ovulate so hopefully that happened. I haven't been charting, temping, or using OPKs so I have no idea what's going on. I just know what wretched PMS symptoms to look for and tender tits is usually the first of many symptoms. Gotta wait for the raging appetite, erratic mood swings, and perpetual bloating plus water weight gain and I'll be golden.

CS/Q: I scheduled a fertility massage. Apparently it comes with a castor oil kit. I had no idea that was even a thing. Does anyone know if that actually does anything or is it a bunch of hooey? I don't mind trying stuff if there's no harm but I don't want to get the hershey squirts because I'm rubbing a powerful laxative on my abdomen I mean, it's not going *in* my body necessarily but doesn't skin absorb liquids or am I imagining things?

GTKY: Have you met anyone famous? W loves celebrities so we always wait outside the venue after concerts to see if we can meet anyone. We've met Ben Folds, Mary Carpenter, the Indigo Girls, and a couple Backstreet Boys. She's met more than me. Ben Folds was my favorite @leafyarch I would LOVE to meet Kristen Bell!! So jealous!!!

@leafyarch Sophia Bush is my girl crush. (if that wasn't obvious by my pic) I would love to meet her.
@LJMoon6 I would probably choose sleep unless I'm sure I'm in my FW. But there is very little I would sacrifice sleep for. I'm not fun to be around if I haven't slept.
@coco2787 I had a wardrobe malfunction at work today too! It was more of a ME malfunction that required me to go home and change my clothes. I'm glad you were able to cover it!

@meladams10 I’ve had an HSG. It wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t terrible. It hurt when they put the catheter in, like a strong cramp, but the pain was very brief. Pretty much everyone on the IF thread has gone through this, so you’ll more advice and feedback about it if you post on the questions/chartstalk thread, because not everyone is on the dailies.

R/R: Well, we've officially been ttgp for more than a year. Not a fun anniversary. I'm traveling for work next week, so we'll likely miss my fw. Sigh. Now we're just deciding whether to try on our own for another month after I get back, or jump right into another medicated IUI cycle. On the rave side, went shopping with a friend this weekend and had a great time.

GTKY: Have you ever met anyone famous? I don't think so! I've met some authors I like, some bigwigs in my academic field, and some classical musicians and composers, but no real celebrities.

@meladams10 Ya I think I will sacrifice the sleep.  I do want to feel like I’m doing everything I can… But to be honest I think I’m at the point where I don’t think it will happen naturally for us… I would love to be wrong tho!

@wishiwaspreggo I was thinking about getting a fertility massage. When in your cycle is the best time to get one? I was thinking during the TTW?

R/R: AF plus busy day is making me a grumpy bum. I literally lost my rag over recycling this morning (but seriously how many times do I have to say stop putting non-recyclables in the recycling). AF is going to give me a wee break at least from worrying about everything which will be nice, no over-analysing every twinge in my body.

I met Dawn French and did not tell her how much I adored her which my family could not understand but I was trying to be professional.

@LJMoon6 Nowhere super exciting. A conference in Atlanta. I've never been though, so traveling somewhere new is always fun.

@LJMoon6 - I have no idea when you're supposed to get a fertility massage lol... I just scheduled one for March 3rd in the evening since that's what worked best for my schedule. I plan to discuss my treatment with the therapist when I get there to see what she recommends. I know part of it is teaching you how to do the massage yourself, and that you're supposed to do it up until ovulation day, but I don't know how that'll work for me given I'm taking Gonal-F which will go in my tummy near the massage site. I don't want to do anything that'll hurt my ovaries. Apparently one must be very careful with FSH when you have PCOS. No wonder my RE was so concerned last time I did it.... sure wish she'd have told me I had PCOS. I'm gonna be salty about that for a while.
