PAI 4G/5G success with aspirin ?

I have had 3 miscarriage at around 7 weeks. Since then, I have had TONS of blood work and genetic testing and was diagnosed with PAI-4g/5 and no other clotting disorder. I have fibromyalgia too. So taking shots give me shooting nerve pain and nerve flares. Wondering if anyone had this and had success with just aspirin ?
