Swollen feet with preeclampsia

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with preeclampsia. My blood pressure has been a little high but has stayed the same for a few weeks. I had a little protien in my urine which was the main reason my Dr diagnosed me. I go to the Dr every week and I will deliver early at 37 weeks. Anyway my feet this week went from normal to balloon feet. My Dr looked at them a few days ago and wasn't concerned. However today the skin on top of my feet hurt really bad. It just makes me concerned because she warned me about headaches and stomach pains for severe preeclampsia. Is swollen feel with skin pain apart of several preeclampsia?

With my first pregnancy I had major swelling in my legs, ankles, and feet most of 3rd tri. I did not have pre-e. Swelling can be a sign of pre-e, or it can be its own symptom. You have already been diagnosed and are being watched more closely, so if the dr isn't overly concerned about the swelling I would try not to be too.

I drank a lot of water and kept my feet up whenever possible. I even slept with them propped up at night which wasn't the most comfortable since I was sleeping on my side, but it seem to make a bit of a difference. I had people recommend compression socks to me, but they didn't help much and I found them uncomfortable.
