I actually managed to get my life together enough to plan meals and grocery shop for this week!
Monday: white bean spinach soup Tuesday: meatloaf and potatoes Wednesday: honey garlic chicken and veggies Thursday: brown butter and spinach gnocchi Friday: We're doing Christmas eve dinner at my house with FIL, roast beef, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, etc. Saturday: dinner at my parent's house Sunday: dinner at my parent's house Monday: dinner at my MIL's house
I actually took time to meal plan this week because we've been eating out too much this past week and we have my step-son this week so we really try hard to not eat out too much when he's here, because it's not healthy and it's not cheap for meals for 3 adults and a toddler. haha
Monday: Leftover Chili DH made for us Tuesday: Chili again... Wednesday: Celebrating Christmas early with my step-son, so Christmas meal Thursday: Leftovers Friday: Leftovers: Saturday: Burgers and Fries Sunday: Creamy Potato soup
I'm not as organized as you ladies, BUT I did make Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo with Vegan chicken last night... a LOT of it, so I'll be eating that as needed. Today I have a "Working Moms Lunch" at a Mexican place in town (it's ok) and dinner with my BFF at a Thai restaurant. My nausea has subsided substantially and the reflux is even a tad better, so I am looking forward to both.
And I have the ingredients to make a tofu scramble (tofu/southwest sauce/peppers/sweet potatoes/red potatoes/spinach) that will be another solid go to meal for the fam! It's the best I can do, ladies!
I’m slacking in the dinner making dept but also don’t really care lol
Monday: breakfast food Tuesday: chic fil a! Wednesday: bbq chicken, baked beans, garlic bread Thursday: probably spaghetti Friday: noooo idea and I’ll need to go to the store this weekend
I've got nothing. My energy to cook...which has been pretty steady this pregnancy, seemed to flee this weekend. It'll probably be a week of thrown-together meals and take out. I'm tired!
Monday: bacon and lentil soup with rolls (doubled it to put half in freezer) Tuesday: balsamic chicken and roasted veggies Wednesday: terriyaki beef and broccoli Thursday: lemon and herb chicken and wild rice Friday: crockpot bbq pork chops with tots and green beans Saturday: Christmas Dinner: beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts Sunday: green chicken chilli Monday: leftovers
