Re: FFFC 12/1

  • My side burns are slowly starting to make an appearance

  • I just pulled a one inch long hair from my chin. I'm confused how I didn't see it before it grew so long. And wondering if anyone else noticed it but just didn't have the guts to tell me!
  • haha I could see my LN for a year after my first!  IDK about my second, I stopped paying attention

Same!  Mine is actually still a tiny bit visible at the very bottom part (and my son will be 2 in feb).  Luckily only my husband and doctor see my stomach, ever
  • @kendrajos Um yeah, true to my FFFC, I totally don't believe she didn't know.  Especially with the DNA test drama?  Nope.  Sorry.
Same for @theletlers That story sounds WAY too fishy for me.  No one did an ultrasound?  She just "believed" the doctors that she wasn't pregnant when she suspected she was?  She didn't go to a different doctor for a second opinion?  Nope, just doesn't make sense.   I, at the very least, need more details.  LOL

  • I didn't have the linea nigra last time. Maybe I am too pale Lol? I know gingers that tan better than me! But yup butt hair. Also my body hair is getting super dark, could just be the lack of sunshine but it's quite bad since I usually have fairly light body hair. I might end up looking like a werewolf soon!
  • @sandbar517 I wish I had more too! I only met the wife once and the husband a few times. The only things I know are she took a test at home and had it confirmed at her general physician and went she went to her OB they said she wasn't and they chalked it up to a chemical pregnancy. And then a few weeks later she went back and they did an ultrasound but said nothing was there. I don't know if it was a vaginal or abdominal one though. I could maybe get them missing it early in the pregnancy with an abdominal ultrasound, but still. You'd think a urine and blood test would have confirmed it. I really don't know why she didn't go to a different OB though. That part baffles me. She said she had gone several times but I never pushed if it was over several months or like went four times in two weeks. Like I said. Barely knew her. I do agree that someone has to be really stupid to go the entire pregnancy without realizing it. I'll maybe give someone even until the second trimester. I know a lot of women who don't have regular periods or do the bc that only gives them one every few months. And if you just never really had nausea or morning sickness you could explain a few of the early symptoms to other things. But by month three, get real. And then when the baby starts moving and stuff. If it's not a baby growing wtf do you think is happening inside of your body!!
  • Exactly, even if you take the lack of a period and nausea/morning sickness off the list, I think we can all agree that we could still fill an entire notebook page full of the symptoms we've been having.  Add to that the movement, even if you have an anterior placenta or don't feel movement until very late, I won't believe that you NEVER had ANY symptoms or NEVER felt ANY movement that didn't at least make you go, "Wait a minute, something's not right here..."  So let's just put it this way, I believe in ghosts, I believe in psychics, I just think there are significantly less TRUE cases of them than the thousands and thousands that we're led to believe.  And I feel the same way about a woman not knowing she was pregnant.  It MAY have ACTUALLY happened once or twice, but not to the degree that it's presented in every day life.

  • With my first pregnancy, I could've gone a while without knowing I was pregnant if I wasn't temping.  I have PCOS so don't have regular cycles and had zero morning sickness.  But I definitely would've figured it out before giving birth!
