Women's Hospital for Natural Delivery?

I love my OBGYN and she only works at Women's Hospital. I want to birth unmedicated. I have heard some not so good things about birthing unmedicated at Women's (and General....just hospitals in general). Can anyone give me any info on this? Did anyone have an unmedicated delivery at Women's or know anything about how they treat women who are trying to go that route?
