25 weeks pregnant painful acne everywhere! Help!!

I have acne so bad it’s all over my face, neck, shoulders and arms. It grosses me out to touch my own face; my face feels like a thousand tiny scabs. It’s also extremely painful. I even have pimples inside my nose and in my ears. I’ve tried everything I can think of Azelex, benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin and ampillicin; nothing is working. I can’t wear makeup to cover it up; my face just ends up looking like a cakey, flaky mess. HELP I’ve never felt so bad about myself in my life.

I had this problem during my pregnancy. The good news is it cleared up (for the most part) within a week or 2 after giving birth. The bad news is there’s not much you can do for it now. Try to avoid touching your face and wash your hands often. Get a facial, but make sure they’re using pregnancy safe chemicals on you. Do your best not to pick at it to avoid scarring, and avoid makeup whenever possible. Make sure you’re moisturizing as well.

I've had the same issue as you. I've been breaking out the last 20 weeks (in places I didn't even know you could break out). I've tried so many things that didn't work (Belli, Cerave, Cetaphil, Say Yes to Tomatoes, Colleen Rothschild, Lavo, Beautycounter, something my OBGYN prescribed, countless face masks--seriously the list goes on). My acne, back-ne, chest-ne all just laughed at my efforts. Ugh.

But I happened upon the Bella B line a few weeks ago, and I'm allllllmost 100% clear on my face and chest! My back still has a little ways to go, but it is the least of my concerns (thank goodness it's not swimsuit season)! I'll link the face wash I'm using from Amazon below.
