I wouldn’t say I liked it more, probably equal with season 1. 
There were so many moments I loved such as L and Hopper living together and Steve n Dustin becoming friends. Steve looking after all those kids was adorable. And the snow ball at the end! 
I hated the entire episode she was with her “sister” and her gang. It was boring to me but I do wonder if it will play in to any additional seasons. 
Also Bob :-(. He was the best of us. I thought he was a spy at first when he was actually just super awesome and selfless.

@profmcgonagall oh my god, I hated the "punk" kids. It seemed really out of place? Like, almost like the directing was different for those specific scenes than others? Just felt weaker. And not fully embedded within the show's reality it had set up for itself? It felt faker somehow, less believable. IDK

I think I liked the first season more, but I think partially it was because the show felt so novel, and I had no expectations going into it. I also think I liked the little kid dynamic more in the first season. 

I loved everything Steve related. Someone get that guy a babysitting medal.

Hated the punk kids scenes, but also was really frustrated Bob stopped running. Like, Bob, the rule for any scary situation is DON'T STOP RUNNING UNTIL YOU'RE SAFE OR GOING TO DIE FROM EXHAUSTION!! 

I think my fav character is Steve, and probably also Eleven just because.

Did you like this season more or less than the first season? Yes. Due to the fact it took me a few episodes to get into the first season, because it is so strange. I loved this season because there was soo much character development.

Fav moment/episode? I loved when Ell and Mike reunited. Just made my black heart flutter. Also the relationship betweeen Hopper and Ell. Adorbs. 

Least favorite moment/episode? BOB! Why tho?

Fav character? Maybe not my favorite of the whole show, but Steve really grew on my this season. He was such a douchebag season one and the way he was with Dustin and Nancy this season showed he was really a good guy after all. 

Additional thoughts? MAke sure you watch Beyond Stranger Things, too.

Did you like this season more or less than the first season? I liked this season more, minus the whole eleven going to meet her sister part. I felt that didn’t really aid in the storyline. I’d be interested to see if it’s incorporated more next season.

Fav moment/episode? The snow ball and any part with Steve. He really grew on me this season. I also liked the whole nancy/johnathan part. 

Least favorite moment/episode? Bob. I thought he was a good addition to the show. Disappointed he’s gone already.

Fav character? Dustin. He’s just so cute. 

Additional thoughts? I agree with @courtyowl427. Beyond stranger things is a must.

Did you like this season more or less than the first season? I liked this season more than the first because of how all the characters & relationships developed this season.

Fav moment/episode? Loved how the season ended with the Snow Ball and also when Mike and Eleven reunite. The way she comes back into the story in episode 8 or 9 is totally badass!

Least favorite moment/episode? When she meets 008 and gets stuck with the "outcasts". It just felt all wrong because she was hanging with the wrong crowd. Also any of the episodes where Billy was a jerk to Max and/or Steve - such a tool!

Fav character? Hopper, Eleven, Dustin

Additional thoughts? I could not stop thinking this whole season about how the kids parents (except Joyce) have NO idea where the kids are ever. I guess 1984 was a different time but they'd be gone days on end!

@harveyabbey77 I thought the same thing about the parents. Especially when Mikes mom was in the bubble bath! I have a two year old DS and thought, wow that must be so nice...

I liked season 1 better personally. I still really enjoyed season 2 though.  

Fav moment/episode?
I loved when El walked into the house and the guys realized she was alive. 

Least favorite moment/episode?
When they killed Bob, not because I'll miss him but because I thought it was stupid they just stopped and stared at each other instead of running out the door.  It just made me mad.  

Fav character?
Eleven of course!  She is amazing! 

Additional thoughts?
I was really bored with the entire Will story line and his mom solving puzzles every episode.  I liked it the first season because it was different but it was really over played the second season.  I realize it was used to move the story line along and they needed the map,  but I feel like Will was tortured enough the first season I was ready to move on to something else the second season.

Did you like this season more or less than the first season? I definitely liked the first season better. It took me a few episodes to get into this season. 

Fav moment/episode? Favorite moment was when Jonathan and Nancy were staying with the detective and the next morning he asked Jonathan how the pull out was lol. I like that the Dr made it. He was a good guy and I think he will help protect Eleven. 

Least favorite moment/episode? Episode 7 like why was it even there. I can only see it being relevant if season 3 focuses more on Kali but her whole experience seems more focused on the lab rather than the upside down. Also RIP Bob but I called it right when he got involved that he was going to die.

Fav character? Probably Dustin. 

Additional thoughts? What the actual fuck is wrong with Max’s step brother and step father. I have so many unanswered questions with that. 

@doxiemoxie212 I was literally screaming at the TV at Bob. I screamed at the TV a lot because people were taking their sweet ass time all the time!

Did you like this season more or less than the first season?  I liked the first season better.  Maybe because it was new but I thought the kids going into the Upsidedown was way more interesting than the Upsidedown spreading into our world.  And I didn't really care for any of the new characters.  And I got a little tired of Will.  And that Eleven never wiped her bloody nose.  Like, if you know that's going to happen every time, just stick a tissue up there.  Also I thought this season was way scarier.

Fav moment/episode?  When Steve revealed his hair secret to Dustin 

Least favorite moment/episode?  Same as everyone, when Eleven went to find her sister.  I think the whole point of that was for her to realize that she really did want to be with her friends and Hopper.

Fav character?  Def Steve.  He was my least favorite in the first season but it was almost like he was a different character this season.  All his scenes were my favorite. 

Additional thoughts?  @krashke I called Bob's death too.  I mean, it was pretty obvious he was going to save the day and die.  Also I have only ever called him Sam.  Because he's Sam.

Oh!  And I like Joyce and all, but it bugged me that she had no concern for her other son who she didn't even try to contact when all that stuff was going on with Will!
