Fav Quote: The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return

  • @emmasemm You sound like you are having an amazing trip! And eating all the awesome food. So jealous. When do you fly home?
  • @MrsMiller8588 I think we should all brainstorm more about language to use for the TWW, so leaving it off for now seems fine.
@emmasemm It's getting cold here, and you're making me wish for a fireplace to snuggle in front of! Glad you and YH are having an awesome time in China!
@nitnat007 +1 for ugly pants and snuggling on the sofa! I have a pair of polka dot fleece pants that are particularly good for that. :)
  • @darkstar42 My ugly pants are also fleece, but have pink Llamas on them lol.

@emmasemm That is a while to be away from home, but such a great trip. Nothing like being back in your own bed though.  :)

  • @Mrsmiller8588 Ugh, I wish it were Friday! Hope you get all your work accomplished!  How was your drive yesterday?  I'm right there with ya on the SSing and I'm only on DPO7 :D  I have heartburn from the cup of black coffee I had this morning cause clearly I'm KTFU ;)

@emmasemm FX for the awesome timing, not awful ;)

@nitnat007 your "ugly" pants sound awesome :)  Just out of curiousity, why;d you discard the temp from CD12?

@darkstar42 YAY!  Hope you have a fun weekend :)   I hear ya on the warm thermometer thing, I've been leaving mine under my pillow that way it's not as cold and it's easier to access.

@stargazer1lily good job getting the jog in :) Lol... emotional eater what's that? (as I shove Gardetto's in my mouth) ;)

@kiwi2628 I would have loved to stay home and stayed in bed too!

@coco2787 Are you a perpetual early tester? :)

@avrilmai *wave* HAI!!!!! I'm with you, I think it's a little unneccesary to have to put wording in about not discussing potential BFP's in TWW.  It seems like a given to me.  I hope you get the time to relax at some point this weekend!

@ajsanders-2 Yay on YH starting his new job :)

  • @lurvleybunchococonuts I ditched it because we had been drinking the night before. Got home around 2am and I barely got any sleep let alone 3 straight hours. I have left it in and taken it out and it does not change CH's.
Ouch heartburn is no fun! Hope that goes away quickly. Maybe you can that OT aside for a nice treat for yourself? Splurge on something! You deserve it.

@ajsanders-2 Congrats to YH! Hope you have a great time celebrating.
  • On mobile because today was insane at work! Love tits to everyone!!!

    Month/Cycle: 3/2 (1 benched)

    CD/DPO:  26/7ish

    Timing: yay

R/R: Rave: It’s DH’s Birthday! I’m taking him to a restaurant that specializes in beer and bacon. He’s out of work late so I’m catching up while I wait! Rants: I’m with you ladies, it is frustrating to see what’s going on with this board lately. Be kind to yourselves!

    Testing: nay

    CS/Q: nope

GTKY: After a stressful day, what's the first thing you do when you get home?  Take off my shoes!! Put on comfy clothes, love on dog, grab a snack. Not necessarily in that order!

@darkstar42 thanks for the thermometer tip!

@kiwi2628 PJ’s and mindless TV FTW!

@lurvleybunchococonuts haha yes! Taking bras off is the the best, especially a sports bra. Mmmm pesto sounds delicious!

@quiltandknit that sounds like the greatest restaurant in existence!

Month/Cycle: 13/5 (finally updated these numbers - spent two TTA at the end of last year then got benched with the open myomectomy in February)

    CD/DPO:  18/2

    Timing: -4, -3, -1, +1

R/R: Little annoyed that DH is bailing on the gym with me tonight. He kept saying he was going to go all week, then told me this morning he probably wouldn’t go becuase he’s congested, and then decides to go to his works happy hour. *TW- child: On a brighter note, my mom and I took DS to Storybook Land today. It’s an adorable little amusement park that my mom took me to when I was younger so it was nice for us all to go. *End TW

    Testing: Not any time soon.

    CS/Q: Nothing to see here.

GTKY: After a stressful day, what's the first thing you do when you get home? Get out of my scrubs and work shoes as quickly as possible and shower!
  • @darkstar42 a bit of both kinds of fun. We have a wedding, a Halloween party and I have a continuing education thing on Saturday.

@nitnat007 thanks. what kind of protein do you use for your shakes?

@lurvleybunchococonuts have fun with your mom. Hope the heartburn resolves.

  • @luckypandas I totally am right now and not because you gave me permission. OK I lied. It did help.

I got those little baby 4 pack bottles of Merlot. Did you say one?  :o I’m almost done with one.

  • @suzycupcake sending big creepy internet hugs!

@luckypandas that’s nice that you and YH can get away and decompress for a bit. I’m keeping FX for you and hoping you enjoy camping this weekend!
  • @avrilmai I use Revolution High Whey Chocolate. Largely due to the price we can get from our local store. Gold Standard and Jym would be my next pick. I stick to chocolate so I can throw in fruit or nut butter for a smoothie if I want to. Most places with give you samples though if you want to try a couple first before buying a big tub of it.

@luckypandas FX that this the one! I think your ritual of going camping is a fantastic idea. AFM it will be a quiet weekend. MH is away so it will be catching up on things around the house and quiet time. Enjoy camping!

  • @Avrilmai @nitnat007 Isopure is a good one too! Their Dutch chocolate flavor is delicious. It’s whey based as well, and low carb. I order it from Amazon. Stay away from Orgain, that stuff is gross!
