This has happened often enough in the TWW that maybe we should add a line to the discussion thread along the lines of: "Note: This is not the place to speculate about indent lines/evap lines/faulty tests or to post a BFP. If you think a test might be faulty, you can head to the First Trimester Board to ask questions about it, and/or wait and test again in a couple of days. If you have a BFP, congrats! If you're a long-time contributor post on the weekly grad thread. If not, head on over to your BMB."

Dude....Just for variety here. My uterus is being a twat. I'm like cramping like I would for AF even though that's already over....and I have to at least be another 10 days from O' time. WTF uterus...I'd like to feel normal for a few days please! Ugh.

I'm a librarian and the computer lab is slammed with people needed help this morning. To make matters worse, one of our craziest, neediest customers is here this morning. He's a real f*ing treat.

I too am sorry about the TWW debacle! Makes me regret trying to be nice to that poster yesterday...

@jaylii, the Reference Desk was like that for me yesterday! And one of our regulars decided Google was sending him important messages in a screen that would flash for a millisecond before his search results came up and would not be dissuaded or distracted from this idea. Sigh.

@augusta108 You  get me 100%. The paranoid customers are always fun (insert eye roll here). This regular customer is an old Jewish guy who always wants us to scan pages of his hebrew books and export the docs to word. Because we don't have specialized translation software, word usually inverts the text and he freaks out. There's only so much we can do to help but he refuses to back down usually.

@Augusta108 I used to be a staffing supervisor at a temp agency, and I once interviewed a woman who, in response to me asking her to fill in her address on the form, started telling me about how MIT controls peoples cars remotely and makes them crash. Um. OK.

Dang girls, so sorry for that TWW nonsense!!! I'm with @Augusta108 ... I apologized to her yesterday for being salty but I'mma take that back right now because sheesh!! She deserved ALL the salt!

So of course I had to go read the TWW thread after this - and ugh! I am also a newbie to the boards so I get not knowing all the rules but come on - that one seems pretty given. And they lock you out of posting for the first almost week so it's not like you don't have ample time to read the threads/info posts and get a feel for how things run!

Sorry for all of you who had to read that rubbish.

My WTF is about my MIL. I do not know how I was not aware of this already, but apparently her "cutting off" her family members is a pattern with her. Turns out she has been doing it her other son for years! And for the same reason, him defending his wife or gf. Once she did not talk to him for a year! A YEAR! WTH
I no longer feel bad about implying that she is a prude or that there is this rift between them. I will also no longer be bugging MH to try and make peace with her. She is clearly batshizzzz!

@nitnat007 what? is your MIL still holding that above your head?  didn't that happen forever ago?  Yes she clearly does it for attention.  It's just not worth that relationship.  also you didn't call her prude. I'm on your side all the way.

@blackhottamales Yes, it has been three months now! She has not spoken a word to either of us! Thanks girl! And you are right, it just ain't worth it. I was so upset and stressed about it and felt awful that I was the cause. Umm nope, it is all her!

@darkstar42 I like your idea of adding a line to the TWW discussion thread to hopefully keep this from happening again. I think it makes sense to include evaps and indents on the list, as you already did. As a relative newbie here, I've always been confused about indents/evaps in the TWW thread...seems like some people have been allowed to post about them but others get slammed for it. I think it's all in the way one asks the question, but still, it makes sense to me to include that statement and limit talking about them at all. But since I'm still kind of newbie here I'll defer to the regulars on that decision!

@darkstar42 @offtoneverland I agree we should add some language into it. Not sure it will eliminate those sorts of posts completely, but hopefully eliminate some of it. 
Like we say “Common sense is like deodorant. Not everybody uses it, but everybody should!”.
