Convertible car seat for 2016+ Civic?

Hey folks,

Any recommendations for a convertible car seat for the 10th generation / 2016+ Honda Civic? The rear head rests are fixed / cannot be removed.

    I don't have that car, but I'm a big fan of our Graco Extend 2 Fit 3 in 1. It goes all the way up to booster, and wasn't hard to fit in our car.
