I have a super annoying symptom. It started way later with DD but I cramp up after peeing. My doctor said it wasn't abnormal but man it sucks! At the end of my pregnancy with DD I would get really painful BH after peeing too. I hope that doesn't happen again
Same. Cramp if my bladder is too full and cramp if I go pee. It's no fun
I get up to pee at 4:11am every morning. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed the night before or how many other times I get up to pee during the night. It takes me about a half an hour to fall back asleep, and my alarm goes off at 5:30am. UGH.
I have started having super sharp pains in my left bb, to the point where i stop talking or doing whatever i'm doing for a min. i googled it of course and found that this is normal bc they are growing. considering i went from a B cup to a D cup in these last 4 months i'd say that's reasonable, but still really annoying.

Yikes! I actually just noticed a kinda shooting pain in my boob lately too. Also, I got a bra extender and it was helping, but now I'm starting to plain outgrow the cups. Time for more shopping. *Shakes fist at pregnancy* lol.
Anyone else finding the kidlet is hanging out more on one side than the other? Baby Groot has taken up residence on the left side of my uterus. That's where the flutters happen the most and that's where I find the heartbeat with the monitor. I don't remember this with DD.

Haha I feel ya. I already had to go shopping twice! now my bra drawer is overflowing...

Yep, I only feel the flutters on the left side as well. I have my level 2 A/S tomorrow so I'm hoping they will provide some insight into LOs hang out spot.

May my a/s scan yesterday they said the babe was super low head down to the left. And was so stubbornly in that place we couldn't get any brain scans and I have to go back! Sigh. Silly baby already being stubborn.
@pandappanderson good to know for tomorrow, thanks! also, when you go back bring some coffee with you, but don't drink it until you are in the room. I figured this out on accident, but unsurprisingly my LO moves around a lot with a little caffeine burst!
@corcola that's a good idea! It was so silly because she was soooo squirmy otherwise. Wiggling and rolling over and being an overall feisty thing, but would just not turn over lengthwise. They were tickling my belly and pushing down on it and I jumped up and down etc.
@pandappanderson On a related note - I had brunch with my friend who just gave birth and she said that jelly beans would get her LO to move a lot, too. Guess it's the sugar. She was saying she kept a big jug of them and when she wanted to feel him (when he was further along) she'd just pop some jelly beans lol.

yep, for me it's more right side, I got my Doppler only just today though, I haven't given Bub much chance to move around, but I used it six hours apart and heard Bub on the right side both times.

Lately he is really tough to hear on the Doppler. He's still below my belly button, but he's been so easy to find and hear up until the past few days. Stressing me out.
I had my first leg cramp - it was awful! Woke me up in the middle of the night and was pretty darn painful....and shocking!
Those are the worst!! I haven't had one as a pregnancy symptom yet, but I had them when I was training too hard and dehydrated. Getting woken up by shooting pain in your leg is startling and frustrating when you are exhausted and trying to sleep. Usually you just have to let it tighten all the way and then massage lightly, how did you get yours to leave? I hope you don't get any more.
@corcola I of course woke up DH and he told me to point my toe and then flex my foot and pull toes up towards my shin. Not easily done when the muscle is stuck in a contraction. Im not convinced it worked either, i think it just had to run its course. @magnolia305 Thanks! I will look into the coconut water.
@mayapple44 when you get those cramps in the leg, try getting out of bed and using the floor to help flex your foot.
The varicous vein hurts, like a throbbing ache. It's better when sitting or laying down, or when pressure is applied because it can't balloon up as big. Hoping my Dr. Has some other ideas on what to do about it at my appointment in 2 weeks.

I was just going to say "toes towards your nose" but saw that your DH suggested it already. Sometimes the cramp is SO bad you need help getting your toes to go into that direction! One night with DD I woke up and the cramp was SO bad I was like, DH-HELP!!! And he had to pull hard on my foot. So just remind him he may need to help you out every once in a while.
@mayapple44 what helps me, particularly when it's too painful to flex my foot, is to jump out of bed and put weight on that leg. Makes it go away almost instantaneously.
@BrittaniLC thanks! I will put him to work next time! @mamaof5already and @psm2462 I must be a major wimp, but there is no way I could have stood up on that leg!!!
I live in this constant state of pretty much nothing sounds good to me but I can usually eat anything. Today I went to lunch and everything I ordered sounded amazing. It all made me gag. I'm feeling super whiny right now because I NEVER felt good with DD and this pregnancy is about the same.
Ugh my body is still rejecting food w garlic in it. And while I'm puking, I pee a little, WTF. At least it's not while I'm sneezing (yet). Kegals, baby, kegals.
Just hit 19 weeks, I went a month or more with no morning sickness and hardly any symptoms just back pain and whatever. This week however, has been the worst morning sickness is not only back, but worse than what it was before. Nothing helps! I never vomited much at the beginning and now I can't keep anything down and my appetite for anything at all is gone, has anyone had their symptoms come back worse?:(
This is not a pregnancy symptom so much but I want to complain. DH, DD, and I went to an event last night where they were serving stew. We all ate it whatever. Then in the middle of the night all within the same half an hour DH and I were up in the washroom. DD then woke up and was fussy and badly needed a diaper change. I'm sure it was the stew as it was so sudden and we all had the same symptoms. Except I don't know if my stomach is just weaker because of the pregnancy but DH and DD have been sleeping soundly since and I've been up again 3 times. UGH

YES. I was just getting on ask if anyone else was having BH like cramps. And I was sure that I was having very mild Braxton Hicks. It scares me a bit bc it's so early (20wks on tues). I didn't have it with DS and DD till much later in the 3rd tri.
Current symptom. Wanting to rip everyone's head off.
Ditto. I've been in the saltiest mood all week! Or I've been crying.
Yes, it is bad! I've been so irrationally angry/moody lately. I was completely ticked folding laundry yesterday... I have no reason, just was irrationally mad.

Could also be that your uterus is slightly tilted to the left. Mine is a little to the right and while I'm not feeling flutters yet I notice I feel more ligament pain on that side

I have this, if I wait too long to pee I get a BH like cramp.I talked to my MW and she said BH contractions happen your whole pregnancy even from the beginning, you usually just don't feel them until later. Still unnerving! It happened when I did too much heavy lifting too which scared me, but only that one time (non-pee related).

Me too. My SO was laughing at me because I am usually very even tempered. But, this morning he went with me to my OB appointment. I was ranting about a half a dozen things from that morning. Fortunately for him, my ranting did not turn towards him...
