Welcome to those who are new to this board!!
This is a weekly check-in for those in their 1st trimester: weeks 1 through the end of week 13. We've all gone through a lot to get to this point, so congratulations and best of luck to all of you over the next several months!
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD?
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having?
3. When is your next appointment?
4. Anything else you'd like to share?
QOTW:
1. What are you enjoying about pregnancy? With sometimes overwhelming negative symptoms, are you able to find something enjoyable?
Note: When you graduate up to the 2nd Trimester (woo hoo!!), write a quick post letting us know you are leaving. I want to keep the list updated, but don't want to delete names prematurely!
Mommies to be:
*If you wrote an estimate on your EDD and it changed, just tag me when it changes so that I can update. Thanks ladies!

Re: 1st tri check-in: week of August 7th
1. How far along are you? What is your EDD?
11 weeks tomorrow, 2/27/18
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having?
lower back pain, super spidey sense of smell, food aversions (but getting better)
3. When is your next appointment?
I have my NT scan this Thursday. Deciding if we want to pay extra for the more through blood work and also find out the gender.
4. Anything else you'd like to share?
We have been slowly telling family members when we get to see them (everyone is spread around). It feels like a little weight off my shoulders every time we share the news and I know I don't have to keep this big secret anymore. It also helps me to enjoy pregnancy more by making it feel more real. For a long time I had a hard time being excited since it took sooooo long, and so much, for us to get pregnant and I felt like I had to protect myself from more disappointment.
QOTW:
1. What are you enjoying about pregnancy? With sometimes overwhelming negative symptoms, are you able to find something enjoyable?
I've been lucky to feel pretty well so far. As I said above, it's been surprisingly hard for me to feel excited. I always thought I'd be over the moon when we finally got pregnant, but I guess my IF journey scared me and made me want to protect my heart instead of enjoying it. So I've really enjoyed seeing my husband's excitement grow as the weeks go by. I'm starting to get the world's smallest bump and he likes to shower it with attention, which I wasn't expecting from him but love to see!

food aversions of everything after about 2pm My afternoons are pretty rough with being sick. I don't eat much of a dinner either.

4. Anything else you'd like to share?
I'm enjoying the use of a friends doppler. I probably check in to hear the heart beat every couple of days.

I'm not sure if I am officially enjoying the pregnancy I'm still on the hesitant side of being excited. Just like @kaseycoco IF kinda ruins all that.

1. How far along are you? What is your EDD?
I had my first ultrasound yesterday, and my RE things were measuring at 5 weeks and 5 days. That would put the due date at April 5, 2018!
2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having?
So far just really, really sore boobs and fatigue. I am ready for a nap now and it isn't even lunch time! I'm also starving all the time, but I'm sure that will go away when the morning sickness kicks in.
3. When is your next appointment?
I go in for a second ultrasound on 8/15. We got to see the heartbeat at yesterday's appointment, so I'm really looking forward to going in again next week to make sure things still look good.
4. Anything else you'd like to share?
Like you ladies, I am very hesitant to get too excited just yet. I know I'm still very early in the pregnancy, and infertility has made me learn not to get my hopes up. But I'm hoping and praying everything goes smoothly for me and everyone here!
QOTW:
1. What are you enjoying about pregnancy? With sometimes overwhelming negative symptoms, are you able to find something enjoyable?
So far the most enjoyable part of this pregnancy has been my RE telling me I can stop my progesterone shots yesterday. I was getting really really sick of them. Lol. I'm sure I'll be able to find more enjoyable things in the future once everything sinks in more.
