Femvue- tubal spasm or blockage?

i had a hysteroscopy this week as well as a femvue. Hysteroscopy found scar tissue at the base of my uterus from my last d&e which could have been impeding sperm from entering. That was removed. with the femvue, the saline and air bubbles passed thru my left tube no problem, but nothing went through at all on the right. My RE said that 85% of the time it's just a tubal spasm and if they repeated the procedure tomorrow it would be fine so he didn't want to repeat and wasn't worried. I asked how he would know if it was actually blocked, and he said "it's rarely blocked 'at this level' (whatever that means) and some doctors will just tell you you have a blocked tube to make you do ivf, but more than likely it's just in spasm." I can't help but worry though that my tube is actually blocked! Does anyone have any experience with femvue and tubal spasm vs. blockage?? Tia!
