I was very active on the bump forum in 2015. I don't remember reactions like these at all back then. I thought I'd put some information out there so women could look back at what happened in this case and hopefully get some answers for themselves. Nevermind though
Oh my goodness! So many typos! I have a new screen cover and it seams like I'm not hitting the letters I think I am and auto correct to stepping in to guess what I am saying.
Hello all! I wanted to share my temp chart with you so we can track hear next few days together. I was ttc for 6 years before turning to IVF. We now have a sweet boy about to turn 11 months. I have been nursing him on demand and my period did not return until his cycle. I started to track my temp (not easy when my son wakes up multiple times a night) to start trying again. This is true first time I have seen my temperature do this. My luteal phase is 13 days long so that means we have 4 days left until I can test. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I understand your excitement at seeing your chart do something new, OP, but I'm not sure why you think strangers on the internet who aren't invested in your story (and who have been building tight relationships with each other) want to track your chart with you? This is not snark either, this sort of behavior just baffles me.
Also, it looks like 99% of your time on The Bump has been spent on the IF board. TTGP works a little differently. In addition to reading the Newbie Guide, this might help:
Why would I want to "track your chart with you" when I don't even know who you are? There is a lot of chart stalking and finger crossing in this community, but for people who part of the community . What you've done essentially is run up to a group of incredibly close knit friends and yelled "You don't know me, but turn all of your attention to me for the next 4 days to see if I'm KU." That sounds like a pretty rude thing to do doesn't it?

Any by "very active" do you mean that you posted a whole 27 times?
Also, a lot changes in two years. It's just common sense to read the guidelines and rules before posting for the first time in two years.
@sparrow004 Can I be frank with you? You went through IVF. So you must know what it feels like to be struggling to get pregnant and feeling like every. single. person. in the world except you is able to get pregnant. That's what it feels like, here, when strangers pop in bragging about a triphasic chart.
I hope you are pregnant. I hope that everyone who wants to get pregnant can do so easily. But you know -- YOU KNOW because you did IVF -- that so so so many of us cannot do that. So a little kindness and sensitivity is warranted.
I'm 99% certain that the dirty delete has never been cool around here. Plus you were already quoted so...
And, let's be real. In 2015, you'd have been flamed a LOT harder than you were today. You got some good advice and some mild snark. Own up to your mistakes, and move on. There's a post right at the top that spells out how things work around here. Even just skim it.
Like @adirat said, you should know better. Did seeing anyone's triphastic charts make you one bit more pregnant when you were trying for six years? Is your memory that short that you can't remember what it was like for you then and if you would have appreciated something like this? It just blows my mind when someone who has struggled with infertility can manage to learn nothing about sensitivity to others who are struggling. I mean, shouldn't some amount of it just come naturally anyways? The tiny sliver of silver lining I see from my losses and IF, is that my journey has taught me more about how to be kind and supportive of people going through these struggles.
Triphastic charts do not equal pregnancy. If you knew us, you would know that many of us have had triphastic charts that got our hopes up only to crush them and you wouldn't encourage the kind of thinking that breaks hearts. And really, if we were supposed to learn anything from yours, what would it have been when you don't even know if it's going to mean you're pregnant or not yet???
Just admit it. You were excited about your chart and wanted to AW it to someone and it's likely your partner doesn't exactly get all hot and bothered over your chart. We don't either because we don't know you.
If we wanted to study charts, we would study the bazillion charts on Fertility Friend.
P.S. We've got smarts galore up in this joint. We don't need randos popping by to educate us on stuff.

Lol, "I don't remember reactions like this". Girl, you just made it so clear you never actually participated. In 2015, you would've been ripped to shreds for this post.
