Those are great names except for Eloise, which always makes me think of a cow.
One note about top 100 names: in my experience as a mom of older kids and a teacher, names from 30 to 100 of the top 100 tend to be pretty uncommon. My son's name is #63 for his birth year, so well within the top 100. This would disqualify his name for a lot of moms who want something unusual. But in terms of actual numbers, this means that only 113 babies born in our state in that year actually share his name. And I live in Maryland, which has pretty high population density. He's been the only kid with his name in all 3 schools he's attended since kindergarten.
It's really the top 15 names, or even the top 10, that will put you in territory where your kid will have classmates with the same name. For instance, the name Ryan was #4 in my son's birth year. He estimates that there have always been 3 or 4 boys named Ryan in his grade, along with many other in grades ahead and behind him.
Jane Carol would be my choice from your list. I like it as a sibset with Lila. Other suggestions for you based on your list:
Adele Carol Alberta Carol Amity Carol Anita Carol Bethany Carol Charlotte Carol Elisabeth Carol Elise Carol Emily Carol Faith Carol Gretchen Carol Jemma Carol Jewel Carol Juliet Carol Leigh Carol Lisette Carol Lucy Carol Marie Carol Olivia Carol Priscilla Carol Rose Carol Ruth Carol
Re: Baby Sister Name?!
