How big is baby? spaghetti squash or melon 

Upcoming appointments this week? NST and midwife was yesterday and baby is now almost entirely engaged- she can feel his head- and cervix is soft but not dilated so progress. Have my BPP ultrasound Thursday 

Any new symptoms or changes? awesome bad prodromal labor contractions that woke me up from sleep last night and were 3-5 min apart and even increased in frequency so we decided to go in and drop our daughter off at 3am only to find they are false labor and no cervical changes. So awesome. No I have no freaking clue what actual labor is and this is my second and I'm not supposed to hanging out at home for long when it does start due to rupture risk  
 
Rants/Raves/Questions? I know I should have gone in and everyone say so but I still feel like an idiot for getting everyone up, wasting money we don't have on the trip, and just worried I may never go into actual labor before I have to schedule a c section. 

GTKY: if you could have any super power what would it be and why?
 
right now- put myself into labor! But in reality I think healing would be an awesome super power. Just healing any ailment. What an amazing power that would be.

Not this week. Next Wednesday we do a position check and GBS swab. 
Any new symptoms or changes?
I had some pretty annoying contractions most of the night last night. Not regular or intensifying so I didn't think I was in labor. But my body is starting to prep I guess. Also, I feel like I can breathe better and my rib pain is better so I'm thinking baby girl may have descended a bit.

Know the future! Uncertainty stresses me out.

Sorry it has been hit or miss if I have been responding. It is very difficult for me to respond/post on my phone. I am finally at a computer today!

How far along are you? 37 weeks. Officially full term!

How big is baby? A tackle box or romaine lettuce

Upcoming appointments this week? 37 week appointment today

Any new symptoms or changes? A lot more pressure. 
 
Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm just excited to meet this little guy! Still feel like I am not prepared, but I'm sure that will change. Also frustrating that we don't have a name picked out yet!

GTKY: if you could have any super power what would it be and why? To fly (quickly). I would be able to travel without having to go to the airport and wait in lines!

Weather has been hotter in N. Cal.  So I've been hotter.  Less tolerant than pre-pregnancy.

Car a/c is broken.  DH is at buddy's house trying to figure it out.  

Cat wants to snuggle all the time (read: hot)  He likes to sit on my belly.  I'm using the boppy to prop him up.  LOL

My super power would be the ability to give birth without pain or meds!

Upcoming appointments this week? Today! GBS swab and cervical check. Dilated 1cm and 60% effaced. I'm assuming it means I still ha e four weeks to go! Lol

Any new symptoms or changes? Braxon Hicks/Contractions all day for the past nine days. Nothing consistent though. Super uncomfortable in every position. 
 
Rants/Raves/Questions?  Just received a jury duty summons for the week of my due date. 

GTKY: if you could have any super power what would it be and why?  Ability to read minds! Then I would know what my dh is actually thinking. Lol

According to the ultrasound I had on Wednesday, 7lb9oz

Upcoming appointments this week?
every Wednesday until this giant arrives.  My Dr got called out while I was in my ultrasound and was going to be gone for mostnod the day so they told me just to come back next week.  I didn't even think about the GBS swab until just now reading your updates.

my morning sickness is back in full force... so that's fun

Baby is definitely head down and my scar thickness looks great so everything is looking promising for a vbac!

GTKY: if you could have any super power what would it be and why?
Teleporting without a question.  My family lives 12 hours away and besides that I think it would be cool to just decided to have lunch in Spain today... then come home and sleep in my own bed.  I'd need to be able to bring people with me too!
