So I was just diagnosed with anemia so I will be including more red meat into my meal plans.
Monday- Steaks on the grill with sauteed kale from our garden and cauliflower
Tuesday- Lamb Burgers with cucumber and tomato salad and more sauteed Kale from our garden
Wednesday- Bison meat with marinara and zucchini noodles
Thursday- Taco night!
Friday- Bison burgers with aged cheddar and potato salad
