Valan Kojo was born August 28th after less than 4 hours at the hospital. I gave birth completely alone as FI was still in Texas and my sister was out of town. All 6lbs of V is completely happy and healthy. He is a champion nurser and his big brother is so in love and proud.
Taryn McKenzie was born at 8:36am on 9/1 via c-section. She weighed 7lbs 4oz and 19.3 inches long. I found out she was breech at 35 weeks and she stayed nice and cozy. I never try to flip her so we scheduled a c-section for 9/1 when I was 39w 2d. Everything went smoothly for both of us. We also have an 18m old who is transitioning pretty well into her big sister role so far.
Felix Keegan made his way into the world at 8:37 am Sept 5 weighing 8lbs 2 oz and 21 inches long. He was born 4 days early of which I'm so thankful. So excited for this new stage in life. We are so in love!
Late posting this! Malcolm Logan Mead was born on August 31st at 6:15am. He was 7lbs 8 oz and 19.5 inches long. My sister and SO were there with me and we had a great experience with all of the staff there. I had some pretty intense back labor but recovery has not been bad at all. This boy is an amazing cuddler!
Baby H born on 9/7. Labored at home for 3 hours and by the time I got to the hospital there was no time for an epidural! He's absolutely perfect and we are so in love with our second little boy.
He's here! Konrad born on 9-7-17 at 2:27am. 6lbs 6oz, 19.5" long. All is well, he's doing great as am I
Saw Dr Wed morning, he did a membrane sweep. Painless contractions started at 4pm. They turned to real ones at 9pm. Got to the hospital around 11:30pm and at around 1:30am I got an epidural. I was hoping for a natural birth like with my daughter and said screw that at 7.5cm. Was able to finally relax and only had to do about 5 pushes and he was born! No tearing Woot woot!
Chava Shoshana was born on 8/30 at 12:37pm by repeat C-Section. She weighed 7lb 1.1oz and was 19.3" in length. As of yesterday she was almost back to birth weight at 6lb 12oz and was measuring 20".
Big brother (14 months) is a little afraid of her but he is starting to warm up.
Alivia grace was born today! 9/9.. weighing 7 lbs 3 oz 19 inches long! 4 hour laboring and pushing. No tears! Healthy mommy and baby so far! So very blessed.
Victoria Elizabeth 9/9 at 3:10 6lbs 7oz it was a long rough couple of days with high blood pressure and some other issues but both baby and mama are healthy and should be busting out of this hospital tomorrow ❤️
Our baby boy was born 9/7 (at 39 wks), weighing 6 lb 15 oz. He is perfect!
On Wed evening, I went to the hospital to be monitored for decreased fetal movement. Is been having occasional contractions but nothing consistent or timeable. During one of my contractions, his heart rate decelerated so the resident thought I should stay and be induced.
My midwife broke my water at 11 pm. That was enough to get labor started - no pitocin needed! Baby was born 5 hrs later.
Team green turned... blue! Malcolm Alan joined us at 39+0 on Sept 7. After a days worth of contractions that werent quite regular enough to go to the hospital, my water broke. I was nursing Adi to sleep and she popped off, looked at me, said "bye bye baby" and I popped. Maybe coincidence, but it was pretty neat. Little Mal is only 6#4oz and is already back up to his birth weight. DD, DH, and I could not be more in love.
9/11 we welcomed our little Baby Bea into the world. 6 pounds 3 oz (from a gd mama) She was a bit of a surprise at 37 weeks 5 days (we had a scheduled c -section on 9/22 due to breech and gd and narrow cervix)..water broke in a big gush on 9/10 but tested negative for amniotic fluid so I continued to experience gushes and dripping through afternoon on 9/11 when I decided to get rechecked and was postive, dialating and contracting ...was quickly sent on my way to my hospital which was 2 hours away for a emergency c-section.

Our baby girl Naomi was born 09.12.17 at 1:09pm and at 40+4! 7 lbs 12 oz, 21 inches long. I was able to successfully have an all natural birth as planned, no epidural, no labor inducing meds, no pain meds, nothing. I still can't believe we made it through! It's such a relief to finally meet her, she's perfect beyond anything we could have expected, and we're head over heels obsessed with her already! Baby and I are healthy and get to go home today!
Team Green turned Team Blue! Connor Lee was born at 8:38 am 9/15/17 via scheduled c-section. He weighs 8 pds 14 ozs and 21 inches long. Everything has been smooth and we are blessed.
Lucy Elizabeth was born today at 7 AM after 8 hours of labor. I was 39+2. She is a petite little girl at 6 pounds, 3 ounces and 19 inches long. But so far we are both recovering well.
Franco S. was born on the 10th of September after 17 hours and a failed epidural. 40 weeks+4. 8lbs,12oz. Even the morphine and numbing injections for the 2nd degree tear stitches didn't work. I felt it all and he was worth every single second (even though at the time I didn't think I would make it).His 23 month old sister is already so helpful and excited to have him around. I'm proud of all mothers; we have unbelievable strength and I'm proud of all supporting partners (your presence itself is invaluable).
Louisa Laine was born on 9/14 at 5:12 PM, after a successful induction that morning (39 weeks). She weighed 7lbs6oz and is super healthy, which was a huge relief after dealing with GD for the last few months. We're both home and doing well, though these cluster feeds are a trip!
It's so exciting to see all these new babies! Wishing everyone well.
Gideon Maxwell was born 2:15pm on 9/19 via c-section, 8lbs 13oz. We had a VERY quick induction experience (GD, and had been having trouble with sugars) with a single dose of cytotec. My water broke on its own and I dilated and effaced quickly. I was having back labor and opted for an epidural which was awesome. But as time passed, we realized baby was not progressing beyond 0 despite successful pushing. The c-section was the right choice and baby is doing well!
Avalee Jo, born 9/15/2017 @ 11:09 pm. She weighed 7.13 Oz, 20 inches long. She was born at 40.4 weeks. She's spending some time in the nicu due to apneic spells, but she's doing great...and we have been praying for her health and happiness every day. If you're the praying kind. Please pray for us.
Isabel Marie was born 9/20 at 2.19pm at 40w5d. Arrived at hospital 9cm dilated so no options for pain relief other than nitrous oxide. 7lbs 8ozs. We are home and doing well
Evelyn Grace was born on Wed Sept 20th (40+3) at 7:09pm via unplanned not quite emergency csection. She weighed in at 8lbs 2oz and 20.5 inches long. We are in absolute love.
Robert Hamilton D. (Rocco) was born on 9/19 at 10:22pm (40+1) after a 7 hour labor. He was 7 lbs even and 20 inches. We were discharged at 24 hours and are settling in as a family of four.

Hayley Grace was 6 days late so we said screw this and had an induction yesterday morning, 9-26, and she came out at 3:41pm at 8#9, 20". Can't wait to hopefully go home this afternoon!
This is very late as I have had a rough few weeks recovering from everything. But here we go!
Wyatt Lee was born on 09/08/17 @12:25 via planned c-section. He was 7lbs 13oz and 20.5 inches long. Everything went ok for a while but during the close up process I started having severe back pain and they had to give me a shot of demerol to calm me down and reduce the pain I was in. After that I was good for a few hours. Fast forward to around 4 pm, I then begin to start shaking uncontrollably and my bp shot up to 180/100. Nurses worked on moving me around trying to get it down, finally after rolling me over and laying me on my side and giving me another shot of demerol I was able to stop shaking and bp went down. From there everything went well for baby and I. We went home on a Monday and everything was great until the following Tuesday when we went for a short walk and I started getting short of breath and a racing heart. I tried to lay down and take a nap but I couldn't breathe when I laid down. I had to go to the ER where they did a chest x-ray, a cat scan, an echo, and a few other tests. BP was sitting around 200/120 and my O2 was sitting around 80%. Blood clot was never found, preeclampsia was ruled out. Only thing they could find was I had too much fluid built up and they felt it was over working my heart. I had to be admitted that day and it broke my heart having to leave my newborn. I ended up getting a severe migraine from the high BP that lasted for 2 days, which meant I couldn't sleep for 2 days. It took a ridiculous amount of pain meds and anti nausea meds to get it to go away. By my third day admitted BP was finally in a normal range after putting me on 3 diff bp meds and giving me lasix to help me pee off the extra fluid (lost 15 lbs of water weight). I am home now and doing a lot better. Still on BP meds, I go see a cardiologist in a couple weeks.
On to the good stuff. Wyatt is eating like a champ and he is absolutely beautiful! I am beyond smitten, and his much older brother (8) is pretty smitten too!
Team green turned pink! Alexandra Grace was born September 27 at 3:40 am at 41+3. I was admitted to the hospital on the 26th at 7pm for an induction. I was 4 cm dilated so they broke my water, and after walking around for a couple of hours and increasing contractions I got an epidural and started pitocin. After a couple of hours of sleep I was progressing well and reached 10 cm at 3:30. 9 minutes of pushing and the doctors let me pull the baby out and up onto my chest. We engineered a quick escape from the hospital, and introduced Alexandra to DS last night- he is thrilled (and loved the dinosaur figurines she “gave” him). DH and I are so in love with our new little girl!!
Our sweet little Charlie Lane made her appearance last night via unplanned c section after a very long failed induction and some heart rate issues. Not the way I planned for it to go but we're just glad to have her here and healthy. 7lbs 10oz and nursing perfectly.
Shea Rayanne born 9.19 at 8:20am. Mommy and Daddy are so in love. Big sister isn't so sure. She's already a better sleeper than my first. Fingers crossed that it lasts, I'm due for an easy baby!
Baby E was born September 28 in a very rapid birth. With no other signs of early labor that night, I woke at 1:15 to my water breaking. Called MIL immediately to come babysit and a soon as she walked in the door we left the house. We arrived at the birth center just as baby was crowning. The on call midwife pulled up just in time to catch baby in the front seat of our car at 2:09. It's a good thing we were planning for a natural birth because baby didn't give us any other choice. Big brother is in love and is the best little helper. Next on our to do list is to get the front seat of the car detailed!
