Thanks so much ! I've been leaning towards Celia (or Cecilia) as it's my mother's name and I also feel it's elegant and timeless. My husbands grandma is Lucille, so I figured Celia Lou would be nice.

I'm way late to this but this bolded part is very true. This would be frowned upon by people who actually live in New Orleans
