Baby girl name ???

we can't decide on a name for our baby girl. Here are our top choices:

Celia Lou
Madelyn Cecile
Nola Cecile

(we were engaged in New Orleans so my husband loves Tge name Nola)

I'm a fan of Celia Lou. Madelynn is very popular right now if that matters to you. Nola Cecile is pretty as well.

Celia no question. Madelynn of all varieties is just overdone and I am not a fan of Nola and feel like when it's brought up people actually from New Orleans are super negative about using it as a name

Thanks so much ! I've been leaning towards Celia (or Cecilia) as it's my mother's name and I also feel it's elegant and timeless. My husbands grandma is Lucille, so I figured Celia Lou would be nice.

Celia Lou, although I prefer your mom's full name of Cecilia and maybe use Celia as a nn.

I like Celia or Nola. Madeline is too common for my taste. There are so many Maddies it's just lost its appeal.

Then I would name her Cecilia Lucille and use Celia Lou as a pet name.

I am obsessed with Celia/Cecilia but can't get DH on board. Jealous you can use it!

I'm way late to this but this bolded part is very true. This would be frowned upon by people who actually live in New Orleans

I like Nola and Celia. Madelyn is boring in comparison and there are too many Maddies.
